Today we had food at this place. The bill came upto $71.90 just for 3 people. I did not leave even a single penny of tip only because of the following issues: 1. The service was terrible. The waiter served us water and provided menu literally after 20 minutes after we came to the table. 2. The soup was terrible. It was watery and too sweet. Did not make difference from just drinking a watery tomato ketchup. (Cream of tomato soup). 3. The veg biriyani was just some white rice with a little masala in it and veggies here and there. We were not able to eat even 1/4th section of it. 4. The puri masal that i had gave me a running tummy because the masala was spoilt and tasted like it was fermented. 5. The chicken biriyani also was just white rice, some masala and chicken pieces which was soggy and was terrible to even bite on. 6. Finally the noodles was tasteless had nothing to it. The only thing that was edible to eat was the starters - gobi manchurian and golden fried pepper corn though they were too spicy and unbearable (atleast they had taste). We came as a family to celebrate a good news and went home disappointed and sick. Will never turn back to this place. Atleast they must have some courtesy to revise their food and service so that atleast the other customers do not have to write so much. Thank you for the bad weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Restaurant.. One of worst experiences in an Indian Restaurant in houston. Firstly once u arrive the guy says there is no biryani before we take a seat.. he sounds like he is not intrested in anyone coming to the restaurant. One of the business partners who runs the franchise comes to take the order and says kitchen is closing so put all your orders now. But he forgets to put the non veg order in the kitchen and one of the guys on our table is still waiting for his non veg order and finally the guy comes and says kitchen is closed and ur non veg order was not placed. Funny part is one of the owner of the place who took the order forgets to place it. Secondly food was as worse it can be before closing. The biggest disastrous behaviour was the business owner gets the food from kitchen to the table and the table was full so we asked him to pick some plates before he squezees in and he says he wont do it. He sounds like why should I, someone should do it. He finally squeezes the dish on the table and goes to another table to gossip and never responds. He doesnt care of his customers at all. He was with his friends on the other table the whole time and never bothered to respond.. Worst customer service worst food worst behaviour

The store is nicely decorated with enough parking spots. The staff are friendly and you can see the smile that they are working hard to build this business. The price for biryani is reasonable only if you are interested in this item. For other items, the price is pretty high. The price for 2 samosas is $4.00 plus tax and it is way high than some top restaurant in the Houston area charge. The service sucks in the sense that they use cheap napkins and do not provide you until you ask for it. You will have to ask for water refil otherwise they do not pay that much attention. None of the items listed comes with small salad, pickles or papad, etc. That really sucks because these small items makes indian food tasty. The bill was well printed with information on 15% and 20% tip amount. This restaurant needs to improve their service, add some some items free (being Indian, they should know this) and reduce price tag in order to be successful. The place is worth trying onetime but I would recommend carryout rather than dine-in. Hope this helps.

Id been going by this place pretty often but today had been my first time for a dine-in along with a few friends. Its spacious, clean and well organized compared to Biriyani pot and Hyderabadi House. Service was prompt and the food was delicious, I tried the Chicken Kothu parotta which seemed to rekindle memories from back home. The waiting personnel were courteous and were always available for questions/comments. Neither myself nor my friends had anything negative in mind while we walked out after our meal. What actually made our experience interesting was Mr. Senthil who entertained us with a magic show lasting about 15mins. yes, I really did mention magic! These people seems to have gone an extra mile in order to put a smile to our face and making this visit from satisfactory to extraordinary. Looking forward to more Indian food and definitely more magic. Finally for the staff: Keep up your good work!

I have been to this place yesterday, very decent Indian restaurant ever seen, huge seating capacity with ample parking space. No need to wait for table, the hostess guided us to the table immediately. Great interior design & ambiance like a american restaurant. Excellent Food and Service!!!!!!!! I love Dosas, till now I had Dosa in different Indian restaurants. Regularly they serve with chutneys but this place has special Dosas with Chicken/Mutton curry. I ordered it with chicken curry and it was delicious. My wife ordered special Biryani(boneless) and she really liked it, she packed the left over brought home and she had it later. My kids love a pink drink with ice-cream on it called falooda. I have a 10% discount coupon, all my bill came to $30 for 4 members. I will return back, I strongly recommend this place and ask for their specials...

Their food doesnt overcome bad service. I live walking distance from this place and love good Indian food, and I used to go here. However, I stopped by around 12:30 for a late lunch and catch up on some reading and the only people there were the staff. As the only paying customer at 12:30pm, I thought I could pick my own table but they refused. The manager was no better, because when I told him what was going on and I would go to one of the other 23 Indian restaurants within 2 miles if I couldnt sit where I wanted, he also told me to sit elsewhere. I guess they were happier with their empty restaurant instead of a quiet customer who was looking to leave his money with them. Theres way too many options in this area that I like just as much.

Came in for lunch on a Fri. Heres my experience: Ambience: Clean and aptly decorated. I was greeted at the door and shown to my seat. Comfortable seating. Indian/English pop music being played in the background. Food: Ordered the Biriyani Combo (weekday special - $10.99). I took the Mutton Biriyani. Starter was green salad, veggie soup (similar to Miso), Egg roll. Main course was a good serving size of Biriyani. Along with it, thali sized servings of tandoori chicken, chicken curry, veg korma, dal, raita, gravy, and sweet dish. Food was good quantity. I had to take some to go. Overall experience: Liked it a lot. I would definitely go back and try food off their menu.

We walked in and there were almost no place to sit, not because it was packed with customers, because there were dirty plates on every table..when we asked if tables can be cleaned so we can sit at booth, server said the person who cleans table is out for lunch. That was the most strangest thing we ever heard, which leaves me thinking he would rather have customers walk out than clearing up table for them. I dont think they actually care if they get customers or not. I have never commented or gave reviews ever before but seeing this place so dirty everywhere I couldnt stop myself. customer service needs to improve BIG TIME!!! Food is good though.
