Severe Complaint: This is the 2nd time about your food quality so brining to your attention, above all the lies stories of your employees (Not sure whether the instructions are from owner or not) when I try to order egg biryani, one girl picked up phone to take the order. And some one directed her to say egg biryani not available BUT Rajugari chicken biryani available. That time itself I suspected it is like try to sell left over item. Inspite of it I ordered Prawn biryani and come over the to collect the order. While I was there similar tactics played one telugu guy telling to one of the 2 girls while taking the order from some other customer in her ears. At the same time I was paying the bill to take my item. And more importantly the Prawn Biryani family pack which I got is the worst (too much spice) taste and there we no prawn literally init. Just remember, I introduced several of my friends who are from my office to your place (earlier they are Biryani pot lovers) just because of your quality food and though you guys are nice. Now more than quality, this kind of cheap games I have to let public know about this. And I will definitely take the complain If you dont take proper action on this. Ask your team not to think customers are fools by doing these kind of cheap tricks.

The Heaven of foods with homely environment in service. I like Rajugari kodi palau the most. Each and every time when i visit, am fully satisfied with their heartful serving and respect. Any meat dish served by them is fresh and is always mouth watering. Mirchi bajji resembles the hot and spicy of Indians that too my two Telugu state people. As a guy from Guntur, Andhra pradesh i fall in love with Gongura mutton and Chicken lollipops are pretty good in appetizers, it recalls my hometown when i order for that. Based on the quality food they give, i think they are not interested in making money but giving the best always. Only one personal advice i can give them is to include killi or pan in Rajugari Bhojanam on saturday and sunday. Hyderabad House always roczzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. keep going on with your quality.

For Catering on my friend get together party, order was placed here for 30 people . I collected food and I saw quantity is very less,Particularly nan. I told them at that time it seems less for 30 people but they told me its sufficient. In party there were only 28 people and food was insufficient for them, mind it we order for 30 people. In 28 people, many were children as well. No one get chance to take food 2nd time. So you can guess quantity. No one in party could eat fully. Now let me come to the taste, quality is worst and it seems like they forgot to add salt in many items. When me and my friend called to restaurants, they were giving false excuses and lying completely, They dont have courtesy to say sorry even. So please be careful for catering order.

I came here after seeing all the reviews, but overall, I had a disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, especially the Biriyani. They put some curry on rice and call it "Biriyani"? Heck I couldve done that at home. I also ordered a few Naans and they were served cold. Also the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the idiot at the counter. You go there expecting to get some good service, and they give you anything but that. I would rather go to Biriyani Pot, where the food is far better and the staff are prompt and courteous. If youre looking for great Indian/South Asian food, Id recommend Biriyani Pot over this one.

We tried the thali. Its disappointing , they serve the food. As much you want to believe in the great concept, they dont want you to eat much. Rice was served cold. Fish curry was served with no fish , literally just the curry . Goat biryani was served , oh gosh there was no piece. Horrible. My 2 cents for the owners , 1. Its an insult to the chef as well who wants to eat , if u serve it cold. 2. Face it you dont have anyone in the team who has restaurant business experience. Hire one . People is paying to eat not smell stuff. One of these days eat at biryani pot , you will know why people go bonkers there.

Clean, uncluttered and spacious eating area. Staff was helpful, almost overbearing. But the reason to visit Hyderabad is the food. I had the weekend special: Andhra Chicken with Pulao. The pulao was made with lovely long grain rice, it had been fried with onions, jeera, and some spices. The chicken curry was rich, spicy and delicious. My partner ordered the paneer masala which was milder, but still very aromatic and flavorful. I highly recommend this place for authentic Indian food... But keep in mind that they make everything pretty spicy.

This place was disappointing. I thought this place would have typical "Hyderbadi Food" (A state in India) however their menu was full of all sorts of dishes from India. They have not perfected any of the dishes. The curries had an uncooked spice flavor which is very harsh on the tongue and stomach. The food also came out very quickly making me wonder how much time it took to prepare. Overall the inside is nice, the staff is very friendly but the food was good. I will try it again because it could have just been the items that were ordered.

This place is a chain and I expected more. If you order rice and vegetable dishes you will enjoy the quality and quantity you get but curry dish will leave you disappointed. Curry dishes (with meat) usually come with maybe 4-5 pieces of meat and a lot of curry. The quality of the meat curry dishes can also vary depending on the day you order. Same dish was ordered and sometimes it would come too thick and at times watery. #QualityControl

Never knew about this place before..alwasy been to Biryani pot before, But today we had decided to have a team lunch here They serve thali(Combo) here during the lunch hour and it was good and a lot of food atleast for a women,good mix of authentic flavors and the mango lassi is my favorite. I should have tried this place long time ago. now I cant wait to try their other location or take to go from there as I live in katy.

I ordered Goat Briyani and Chole Batura. Both dishes were horrible. Briyani was way too oily. It clearly shows they just heated the old rice and goat. Goat is not fresh and there is no taste in that. Chole was also not nice, I couldnt feel any spices in that. I ordered here before and it was good some months back. But i will change my mind now. Never order again in this restaurant. Full waste of money what ever you pay.

Taking my previous comment back. Since after they have changed their customer service. Now they are proactive and serve pretty well. Plus they gave one water bottle for free along with meal you order per person. Worse service, I came to get veggie tiffin and its on their TV says 5.99, guy said 7.99 plus tax when I show him ur TV says 5.99 than he changed. Took too long to get food ready.

I visited this place for the first time this Thursday evening and i must say the customer service is really good. This is the best service i got at an Indian restaurant. The young girl working there was very pleasing and suggested the best food. we had Vijayawada special biriyani and goat fry biriyani. Awesome experience and awesome food. Will definitely come back with my family.
