This was the worst experience of my entire life! I attended a wedding and the married couple wanted to go to this location because this is where they first met. The wedding party booked rooms at a nearby hotel and we took taxis to Bakers Street. It was around 11:00 p.m. when we arrived, the bouncer seemed to have an issue with my husband at first glance he insisted on staring at his I.D.for several seconds. My husband is a 35 year old Hispanic man and doesnt look under age at all. We ordered our first drink and decided to sit on the patio since it was crowded inside the establishment. Where we were sitting we could see the bouncer and several police officers in clear view. We ordered a round to toast the newly weds and placed our drinks on the table. I took out my camera to take some pictures and one of the girls stepped back and bumped into the table knocking down a bottle. We picked up the glass and continued talking. A waiter came by and swept it up and we proceeded with our conversation. Out of no where 4 HPD off duty police officers came over yelling and escorted my husband out to the parking lot. They said he threw a bottle at someone. We were all dumbfounded, he had been standing there watching us take pictures and was not causing any problems at all. I have never experienced this type of discrimination and even though it wasnt directed towards me it still hurt. The cops wouldnt let him wait there for the taxi they kept yelling and said he had to leave the premises. We are responsible adults that like to have a good time and never go anywhere to cause issues. My husband is not that type of person, he is very outgoing and never goes out looking for trouble. They obviously had a problem with the way he looked from the beginning. I will never go there again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know so that they dont experience true racial profiling.

The food here is tasty, the beers are cold, and the mixed drinks are pretty good. However, the service here is well below poor. I have been here several times, and the service has always been bad. The last time I was here, our server L decides to walk off and say hi to her friends while we were ordering. Our order was wrong, and when I tried to politely explain, she walks off again. When getting refills on our beers, L walks away again while someone at the table was ordering a new drink. When it came time to pay our bill, I gave L my credit card, and she walked away. I saw her at the bar talking with friends for a good 20 minutes before someone at our table went to go get her. She comes back asking what we need forgetting that she was paying out our bill. She is gone for another 10 minutes and brings me back someone elses card. I am simply finished with giving this place chances. Unless youre here to watch the game or know the servers personally, expect to be ignored or served dead last.

I was on an outing with my coworkers and the waitress we had wasnt very attentive and at the end of the night she put my coworkers food on my tab. I had called and talked to a manager when I realized this with the expectation that I wasnt going to get any of my money back. The manager apologized and said shed give me a gift card in the amount of the dish. She claimed they were out of gift cards and took my number down and said she "put it on the ca lender" so they would give me a call when they got more gift cards. Its a month later and I havent heard anything from them. With my horrible experience and my coworkers terrible service on St. Patricks day, its enough to convince me to just go to Bar Louie.

Went here with my Wife and some friends. When I go to places like this I only drink beer because they cant water down bottles of beer. My Wife and some of my friends ordered mixed drinks. Everyone who ordered mixed drinks said they hardly had any alcohol in them at all or possibly none. If one person says the drinks dont have alcohol in them, thats one thing. But when multiple people say the drinks dont have alcohol in them, then thats a despicable bartender and or bar. If they were not watering down the mixed drinks I would recommend this place. But the bar is Shady. Overpriced drinks with no alcohol in them. I would not recommend this place.

This Baker Street was so accommodating to our big group and still gave us great service and great food. I ordered the Elementary burger which was cooked well and easily better than most bar burgers out there. The Watsons Punch is a yummy drink that tastes like you should be on vacation and is on some of their happy hour offerings. I also saw they have a lot of the cocktails on happy hour specials making this a great after work spot. Will definitely come back here for drinks versus anywhere else in the willowbrook area just for atmosphere alone!

A great place to go for fish and chips and a pint of Guinness on tap. The rest of their food is good too. Weve had steak, burgers, Reubens there, all delicious. Never disappointed. A very comfortable place with tables and booths of dark wood and an excellent bar with a large selection of beers (heavy on the British brands, of course). Staff is very friendly and quick about getting your food. Live entertainment most days of the week -- they have the monthly schedule at your table. Large outdoor dining area too.

Service was terrible and the food wasnt that great either. Our waitress had 3 tables in her section she went to the table with all the guys the most cause she knew she was going to get tipped, she spent some time at the other table because it was a mix a different people, but my friend and I who is a doctor even though she doesnt look like one could have easily tipped her the most. Our waitress only visited our table 3 times the entire hour and a half we spent there. No drink refills, nothing.

The bouncer is both racist and barely looks old enough to work in a bar, much less drink in one. Dont bother heading here if you look black or Hispanic. Its a shame, because before they got obsessed with being white, it was a decent place to grab a drink. Judging from other reviews, the actual site manager is the one pushing the racism, so dont expect calls to management or the company to help you out with that one. Just head to one of the better bars that are literally right next door.

I went there for lunch on St. Patricks day, so they had a limited menu and were understandably preoccupied with setting up for the nights festivities. There are a limited menu, but the Elementary Burger I ordered was pretty good and our waitress was very nice and gave off good vibes. Id definitely go back on a non-holiday to try out their other menu items.

Easily one of my favorite local bars! Ive been going to this place since they opened. Plenty of stories at this place. The beer battered chicken tenders are one of my favorites and consistent. Staff is always down to earth and easy to have fun with. Great place to day drink. Never too crowded just the right amount of people at any given time.
