It makes me sad to put this rating because I make it a priority to come all the way from cypress just to eat this delicious food but last night I was highly disappointed in the service and staff/management . We had multiple servers . It was like they were so busy but there were only a few family there . We were seated and waited 15 mins for our drinks . We had to push the service button Then when our food arrived the gas for the burner was empty (a different server ) then comes and says he will bring a new one and will be right back We waited a additional 10 min and then see the gentleman serving a complete different family ... ( out raw food is just sitting on the hot plate by the way ) so we again push the service button and tell a female server the issue she says she will be back .... but never returns . Fed up we get the attention of the first server who said he would be getting us gas he says "oh yess I forgot hmm I think I have to get a new gas can " when the whole time thats what we have been waiting for him to bring us so we could o eat .After he brings us the gas we are not talked to by another server . Nobody asked us if we needed refills or anything else . We had to ring the service bill for the check after sitting at the table looking around the place for a open server to close us out. We even had to ask for the complimentary rice /water ......... To make matters worse when we leave the owner or one of the managers chases us out of the doors and yells " excuse me tip is not included ?!" At this point Im outraged and explain to her the horrible service we experienced but even still you should NOT in any case chase down customers out the door for "a tip when first I didnt know who to give to because there was so many people coming to our table and nobody honestly deserved it. Sadly you will loose to faithful customers if the matter isnt resolved or future customers. Hopefully this review sheds some Light on the attitudes and likelihood of the staff.

Best Korean BBQ in Houston. They have charcoal grills at your table. Not gas, only charcoal. This is my all time favorite Korean restaurant in Houston! Ive been here 20+ time and I love it every time. They close really late and I dont have to drive to bellaire to get my Korean BBQ fix. The menu is pretty extensive they carry all types of meats and all types of other traditional Korean food. Ive tried the dumplings which are really good and they come in a generous amount as well. Ive also tried to seafood pancake, bulgogi, kimchi fried rice and I have no complaints. BBQ garden has always impressed me. You also have the option to cook at your table or they will cook it for you in the kitchen. But I always opt for them to cook it for me because I rather not smell like food. Ive tried most of the meats of the menu and I liked all of them. But the one thing that I love the most about this place is the side dishes. They have the best side dishes around. And I know it sounds odd but their potato salad is really good. I always end up asking for extra. And they never charge you extra for more sides, which I love. And when youre done with you meal they give you a refreshing rice drink which is delicious. And the owner is incredibly sweet every time I come. Ive been here with friends in a group of 35+ and I have always received great service. If your are looking to indulge in your late night Korean cravings I would suggest to always come here! They open til 2am every day!

NOT A PLACE TO RETURN. This review is actually written by E. Pedrons GF. The service was shabby, food is not worth the price (considering you can get pretty good Korean for about $10.00 or so at other places). I asked for Bulgogi, and the waitress tried to get me to order an expensive plate, but when I said forget it, I"ll get Bibim Bop, she showed me the Bulgogi lunch special, but its nothing like the good Korean Bulgogi Ive had else where. When the food came, she refused to give me lettuce. I asked for it for the Bulgog, but she just kept saying, "Lettuce! No! No, lettuce! No!". Second, the meat was NOT delicious (Ive personally made better Bulgogi myself, and Im not Korean), and the meat came in large fajita cuts and VERY DRY (!!??), not like the beautiful shredded juicy Bulgogi other places have provided me with. The spice on it was absolutely not right. Extremely disappointing. I can just stay at home and make better Bulgogie. My boyfriends dish tasted like bland German potatoes mixed with beef. Absolutely bizarre plate (the beef and potatoes, and other ingredients were dark brown or purple). The sides were delicious, but chintzy portions. :( I was sad it didnt hit the spot. Ill be scouting better Korean places, and suggest you do yourself the favor.

Really enjoyed. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent and very clean. The food was great. The price seems a bit high. I have lived around the corner from them for over a decade and the place didnt look too great from the outside so I never went. An asian friend convinced me to go as she had been there and said it was great. Everything was very fresh, no chemicals which I am good (unfortunately sometimes) at tasting. The only reason I dropped 1 star was some of the pork was a bit too fatty/chewy and the price was a little high. It wasnt horrible, but the 2 of us rung up a $40 tab with no alcohol. Overall I would say, give it a try, you wont go wrong. On another note, for those that are squeamish about trying new foods, they have enough dishes with standard American ingredients, you wont have an issue finding something you will like.

For the BBQ, you get to use charcoal!!! Only place I know of that uses charcoal! I love this fact and it keeps me coming back! You must order minimum of 2 bbq orders for grilling at the table. I only like the marinated grilled beef; theres 2 options, I like both. As others have mentioned, price is above average but youre paying for freshly prepared meal, not microwaved food. Expect approx. <$40/pp. The side dishes has a freshness homely-tasting-feel to it, many daily varieties and good portions... but warning, its NOT exactly unlimited refills, limited refills OK. Silverware and setting makes it feel authentic. Theres a button you can press at anytime if you need service. Not the swaggiest place, but I come for good Korean food.

The place is awesome you have the option to cook your own food is a great experience. The only problem we had was keeping the fire going they dont explain that the charcoal that they give you is the only one you getting no more than that. So our fire was running out and we tried everything; our napkins were the first thing, then we sacrificed our chopsticks once we ran out of things to throw in we began to look around the room and decided to either rip a piece of wood from the room or let the food go to waste. So since the food was pricey we went with the obvious option choose room 12 and you will see. P.s we also considered putting her tip in there and telling her that her tip was in the ashes but we got tired of throwing stuff in
