I was a bit disappointed after reading the other reviews. I ordered the 2 meat plate with potato salad and fried okra and a side of peach cobbler. The only thing on the entire plate that I would eat again were the ribs, and they only gave me 3 tiny ones that were about two inches long each with very little meat on them. The brisket was dry and seemed to have no seasoning. The sides were okay, but the cobbler was strange. The peaches were really firm and there was something almost crunchy in it. Suffice to say, I will never go back. I guess a lot has changed since the last people commented back in 05 :(

It was barbecue, but there was nothing special about any of the dishes. If someone else paid I would eat here again but I wouldnt spend my own money on it. The jalapeño sauce is pretty good though. Usually some place at least has a few dishes that are exceptional. I got the family pack with brisket, chopped beef, sausage, mac and cheese (for my nephew), mashed potatoes, and bbq beans. Nothing stood out and they were stingy with bread, although they gave more when asked. Since nothing stood out and everything was average at best (although nothing was bad either) i had to give it 2 stars.

Always great food!! Horrible customer service by the young lady at the drive thru in friday 4/8/16 @ 8:40pm. She clearly had the idgaf attitude which is sad... when i asked her to wipe down the drinks that were overflowing & leaking. .it was like it was just wayyy too much effort to put forth. Had a snarky condescending tone... i just told her..how about lets just stop talking... ughh.. clearly not the job for her. I have been a patron of this establishment for at least 10 yrs...

Ribs were awesome, brisket was so so and sausage was ok. Now the sides were another story. Macaroni was pale, Im used to cheesy yellowish macaroni, this macaroni was a weird greyish white color. My kids love macaroni and they wouldnt touch the stuff. Green beans are canned and all the sides within counter view looked boring. Only side I was happy with was the potato salad. Id come back only for the ribs and potato salad.

I really think the food here is not bad but its definitely not good enough for anyone to pay for while being waited on by a staff that is either incapable or unwilling to give good customer service. Weather its rudeness or a lck of attention to detail where customers and their orders are concerned, this place is not worth the time.

Bad customer service, expensive yet bland food! It sucked, the only good thing i liked was the peach cobbler. Do not go here though! Unless you just want to go through drive-throu, order a peach cobbler, and get a nasty smirk or eyeroll from two little ladies who enjoyed gossiping about their customers.

I discovered them and theyve been under my nose this whole time! They are literally in my backyard! I LOVE them, the food is good, and for a nice price. And they are so nice! Love em. Im there at LEAST once a week. Really good for a working mom who doesnt want to feed my kids fast food.

MY HUSBAND AND I ORDER SOME BARBECUE FROM OLD HICKORY INN. HE ENJOYED HIS FOOD, BUT I DIDNT. MY SLICED BEEF SANDWICH WAS COLD AND THE DIRTY RICE WAS COLD WI TH NO FAVOR...ALONG WITH AN UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE .

This place is horrible! Worst BBQ Ive ever had (runner up is Dickeys). I got the pulled pork sandwich, & 1/2 of it was fat & cartilage! I had to sift thru it with a knife & fork. Never go back.

We eat here several times a week and use the guys to cater to our vendors very often. Quality and service is above all, you have to try the chicken fried steak. Yummy Yummy for my tummy
