El peor lugar para ordenar un pastel de evento .. desde que tomaron mi orden para ordenarlo me dieron muy mal trato el señor David fue muy grosero en su trato; pero mi hija quería el pastel de ahí.. todo era extra porque lo pedí de tres pisos y tres diferentes sabores eso me llevó a pagar extra .. $50 cuando lo levante era una porqueria de pastel nada q ver con el pastel de demostración que tenían ahí.. lo tuvieron listo 2:30 horas después de la hora que quedaron entregar lo y por lo que pague $50 extra fue dinero tirado porque los sabores no eran los que pedí .. e conclusión pague $300 por un pastel que estaba seco no eran los sabores que pedimos ni por lo que nos cobraron extra lo entregaron 2horas. Y media después. Y dejó mucho que decíar..

Fui a ordenar un pastel y pedi media plancha y cuando fui a recojerlo no Era lo que yo abia pedido Avia encargado media plancha y la muchacha me cobro lo de 1/4 de plancha y me mandan un 1/4 de plancha cuando yo Avia pedido media y segun Ellos se vasan AL precio que pagan uno y le dije a la muchacha que no queria que le pusieran ningun adorno de los que llevava el pastel y ella me dijo que se me entregarian con mi pedido asi que ni los adornos me dieron y que fuera a llevarle el pastel para atras cuando lo pedi con tiempo por que estaba lejos a donde iva a aser la fiesta

I have been coming to the one on 59 for about 3yrs and the first cake they did for me was a cake they have made before and it turned out ok… I had them do several more birthday cakes and then I had them do a cake that I got from the internet which they said they could do it… they cake looked nothing like the picture but i decided to give them another chance with a cake from their book. The cake was a barbie Dreamhouse house cake and it was horrible!!! I asked for Buttercream and they gave me whipped icing and the icing was not even sweet it was very bitter and nasty!!! Not only was the cake nasty and too big they gave me the run around with a $50 deposit on another cake I canceled a few months ago.. They are very rude, they will hang up the phone if u call, its a female that takes cake orders and she is very disrespectful and she rolls her eyes and she is a liar!!! Over the past 3yrs I have spent over $1,000 + on cakes and brought them a lot of business!!! I will never go back to them I will tell everyone I know about their horrible service!

I have always loved the Trees Leches cakes from here. It is over one hour round trip from my home to travel to this bakery. So, when my son requested a cake from here for his birthday, it sounded like a great idea. However, my cake was supposed to be ready at 10. I arrived at noon. After the clerk went to the back for approximately 4 minutes, she returned to inform me the cake decorator in the back was just now putting on the fruit and chocolate. I am allergic to chocolate. I made no request for chocolate on my white cake with white icing and fruit. However, since we were already 2 hours behind, I just decided not to eat any of it and take that cake home for my sons party. No apology was made for the inconvenience or the mistake and I still paid the full fee of $45 for the cake.

Compre unos tamales y salieron muy resecos fui con el encargado ya que no es la primera vez que salen así y el solo quería darme un crédito de pan como crees que yo iba aceptar eso sí yo compre tamales. Como encargado Hector no sabes representar bien a tu compañía la ciudad y la televisión se van a encargar a educarte como se le debe de tratar al cliente....

El pan la verdad muy rico y los pasteles muy deliciosos la verdad mi horden para los 15 años de Mi hija no pude a serlo en otro lugar mejor además de rico el pastel muy delicioso y el atendimiento del encargado Domingo muy eficiente muy atento y la limpieza se ve desde que entras ala panadería la verdad muy ordenada

Eh echo varios pedidos de pasteles y si siempre me a tocado algo mal en el pedido. Le ehh ablado a reclamar a el supervisor "Salomon" y el es bien rudo, grocero, y ehh tratado de explicarle y me interumpe. Por favor pongan alguien q si le importe lo q este asiendo y alguien con experencia. Gracias Smiley

I order a tres leches cake from them last Thursday afternoon, and I was going to pick it up on Saturday evening at 7P.M. for a little boy Birthday party. I should say that they dont understand English, and I called them the day before. Because the name was spelled wrong, an when we went to pick it up the name was still spelled wrong. It really wasnt a tres leches cake it was more of a one leche cake. Thanks for nothing, $45.00 down the trash, IF I know that was going to happen I would have gone to Kroger, or Wal-Mart for the cake. An at least they know how to make a tres leeches cake.

First off it was my Birthday yesterday so my boyfriend took me here to get a cake , at first the Cheese cake looked appetizing but when i had a bite it was tasteless and it looked a little old . My boyfriend got a large slushy which was all mushy not at all the consistency of a slushy and it was tasteless also like its been watered down ! $30 something bucks gone down the drain , wasnt worth the drive from Humble . So dissatisfied with the quality ! This is the Last time i go here ! Thanks for ruining my Birthday!

No tiene buen servicio los cajeros se ponen a hablar entre ellos y la señora k esta de cajera si tiene konocidos en la linea les conbra en otra registradora y en el pan me salio un pedazo de cascaron...

Muy mal es el segundo año que compro pastel ahí hago mi pedido días antes y la decoración que pido siempre mal si no es una cosa es otra. Dicen que la tercera es la vencida y no más pastel de arandas

I stop by here on occasion and there are walls and walls of Mexican Pasteries..today though I think I got and ate mold from one of the pastries. I do always wonder how they make so many fresh pastries in the morning..I think some of them are old. I dont feel well. the only reason they arent getting 1 star is because I will be back after I feel better because I love those flavorless cookies with the sprinkles!

I enjoy the breakfast of Nopales scrambled with eggs and frijoles de la hoya, and Bacon, corn tortillas. Very basic but delicious and I believe nutritional. Good service. Do not care for TV. CREATES NOISE CLUTTER AND DISTURBS A NICE MORNING CONVERSATION. TV BELONGS IN A FAMILY ROOM AND TURNED ON BY CHOICE AND NOT BY FORCED VIEWING.
