Por hoy le doy la más baja puntuación no tengo nada que decir de la panadería lo mejor de lo mejor pero tengo muy mala experiencia con los pasteles echados a perder , los ordeno con una semana porque así lo piden el pastelero nada accesibles por un pastel simple de puro chantillí 1/4 de plancha 110 dólares es ridiculo yo pensé que era broma y no si eran 110 dólares muy ricos pasteles pero se echan a perder

Holy s**t I love Bread Lounge. If you live for carbs like I do or even just like bread you should stop by here. My first time at Bread lounge was just a week ago, but Ive quickly become a regular. Their veggie sandwich is fantastic. Ive had it twice and its fresh and the bread tastes amazing. Ive also had their soup a few times, Im a big fan of their vegetarian mushroom barley soup.But my favorite thing is the ricotta white chocolate cranberry danish. It is PERFECT. PERFECT. Just the ingredients alone should be enough to convince you to get it. Oh and the croissants are SUPERB.Just thinking about all this deliciousness is making my stomach grumble. Bread Lounge, I love you.

No te atienden vien se junta la gente y le dan tus charolas de pan a otros el pan esta vien pero pesimo castomer service nosaven ni dar el camvio la mujeres en la caja deberia el dueño darse una buelta tanto de fila para q la señora se equioque y te diga baya por otra charola y la fila q?

Wonderful local Mexican bakery with a huge variety. Theres not a lot of labels, and when there are they tend to be in Spanish. However, everything is usually $1 or less, so its extremely affordable to experiment until you find your favourites. Their crusty buns in the bins at the end of the store are baked fresh several times during the day, and are super affordable. They also have delicious Tres Leche cakes that are made fresh daily in different varieties, again extremely affordable, these can also be ordered ahead and customized for birthdays etc.

Ive been coming here occasionally since they built this place. I used to live nearby, but since moving its become maybe a twice-a-year visit. Whats not to like about a bakery where you can pile a tray high with baked goods and walk out the door for less than $10.00? I usually go for the pecan sandy cookies, any of the cream cheese items, and the jalapeno and cream cheese kolaches. I hear from friends that their cakes and cold case items are also good, but I havent tried any of those yet.

Super busy. Cars coming in and out. There was an armed security guard at the entrance when we visited. Plenty of pastries to choose from at very cheap/affordable prices. Only downside is theres no restrooms. The strawberry cheesecake was awesome. Luckily I went with my fiance who speaks Spanish. Staff primarily spoke in Spanish but Im sure communication wont be too much of a barrier if youre an English speaker like myself. Great stop. Check it out!

They have a great variety of Mexican pastries that also happen to be very good. Its a very unique system where you take your own tray around the store and pick out the food you want and in the end you go pay. You can see how the employees are always making fresh pastries there (at least the times Ive been). Employees are very nice Ive never had a complaint with them. Overall, this place is very nice and easy to find.

Wide favorite of sweet bread. :-) Dont get me started on their tres leches cake. Yaasssss! Im a usual customer, so I normally come here to fulfill my sweet tooth. Also we come here for the bolillos, you know for the huevos con frijoles, lol. Sometimes itll be pack, especially during the fall/winter time. But they do their jobs quick and efficiently to get the customers out.

El Bolillo Bakery on Wayside Dr. Best hot fresh bolillios and Pan also hot and fresh! Favorite place to shop for all desert including fresh made Cakes and Pasteries. I always make it a place to stop when Im in South Houston. Finally the most beautiful Senoritas who greet you with a smile. And always very courteous and ready to help you. Pure Mexican bread, cakes, and any kind of sweet-tooth you want. Every pastries are made fresh and from scratch. Its so fresh you can pick your bread right off the speed-rack cooling straight out of the oven. El Bolillo is also good for birthday cakes, their cakes are so good and cheap too. I love coming here. You will love it here.

Best bakery in Houston, friendly staff, great prices and best of all delicious fresh pastries/bread. I used to go to Arandas bakery but I always end up paying alot and their pastry were old or tasted weird, came to try el bolillo and now this place is my favorite bakery, I have no complaints and definitely recommend to anyone.

Their tres leche cake is amazing! They also did a wonderful job on our unicorn cake. What really made me love this place; is the young kid who helped me take my cake to my truck. I couldnt carry the cake with my son. He offered to carry it for me! Wonderful guy & their staff is very friendly as well as helpful.

Best Mexican bakery in town , wide selection in Mexican bread bolillo ( French bread kind like ) , sweet bread and pastries, also offers flour tortillas; cheese cake , chocó flan , cakes , tres leches cake(all last mention by slide or whole ) , they also offer gelatin and chocolate dipped strawberries.

Until recently I only knew the El Bolillo on Airline, but this branch is at least as good - the stores a little larger, and seems to be less crowded, while still offering a staggering variety of pastries at excellent prices. This is a must-see place to take visitors as well as a fun weekend destination!

Best Pan (Mexican Sweet bread) in town. This is my favorite location. The tortillas are delicious, pan is so soft and fresh. My parents always have a request for pan when I go to visit them out of town. If you call ahead theyll have larger orders ready for you. Their tres leches cake is also delicious!

Excellent panaderia with fresh mexican bread daily. Walking in you get hit with such a great smell, and the sweets definitely satisfy. Try the tres leches or empanadas, you will not be disappointed! Staff is mostly spanish speaking, but there are some who are bilingual so do not be discouraged.
