this a very nice location with all kinds of seating options, including outdoors. so no matter if you want to watch the game or get tucked away in a more quiet area, they have it covered. the beer and drink menu is quite varied, so there is always something good to try out. IMO, the sandwiches and pastas are very good, but their signature pizzas are just okay. and I really really wanted the pizza to be awesome, but of the 3 I have tried, none stand out or make me crave coming back for it. so the -1 is for the pizza being "fine" and the fact that the food (not the drinks actually) is a bit pricier than it should be for what you get here. but that point aside, Taverna is a nice time out if you are in southlake

Taverna Rossa looks like a simple place from outside, but it is a lot better than the initial looks. The service and food is exceptionally great. The pizzas were of high quality and really juicy and instead of tasting like cardboard (which most healthy option pizzas taste like ) it was really great. Also the appetizers were really well done and had good portions. It was worth the money. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but as a matter of value for cost, it is worth the money. I would definitely revisit this place to try the other options on the menu.

Food is great, but this place needs some serious service training. Youre in an affluent area, people expect good service. Nice waitstaff, poorly trained to watch for empty glasses and help each other. One guy at the bar had nothing to do so he just stood there while the other guy struggled to get orders done. Manager is derping around not helping in the right areas. Just get your food to go.

I love this restaurant! Great atmosphere indoors and an amazing covered patio. Wonderful food. So many good things on the menu.. I would recommend Panko shrimp as an appetizer and pizza. The salads and wings are also great. Great selection of beers. Also, they have brunch until 2:30. Service is always good!

This place is great. The crowd is a bit high being they are new but the food is awesome, craft beer is great. Good atmosphere and the staff was really friendly. Keep it up. If you need to eat Gluten Free, do yourself a favor and get the Gluten Free Pizza. It was amazing.

It is a great place to hang out with with friends and eat pizza. It has great service everyone is helpful. I would have rated 5 if the manager named josh did not seat his his family once they got in after we were still waiting for a table for 30 minutes

Waited over an hour for our food, server asked us how our drinks were 5 times before our food even came. Kept apologizing for the wait. Pizza had no flavor. Too many ingredients in each dish... This place is NOT New York or LA. Dont bother.

LOVE this place! Not only do they have an excellent beer selection, but the staff is amazing. This place definitely draws a very laid back crowd, very welcoming and the live band on the weekends is excellent. Stop in and give it a try!

Great service and good food! They have a huge beer selection and a good variety of pizza, pasta, and sandwiches! The large patio would be nice to sit out on a nice day and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I would come again!
