Huge disappointed, I love the one in Shenandoah (The Woodlands) so we expected the same level at the one in Mansfield. When we walked in we should have turned around and left, wont ever go back to thus one. The food (I had the chicken, my wife the links) wasnt as tasty, the sides, especially the slaw were horrible, we were told we could go to the bakery for our roles but then were told they would be brought to ys, never happened. I went to the mens room and it was obvious that it had not had a good cleaning for some time, my wife went to the ladies and told me it was filthy and no paper. Finally we paid almost $30 for our meals, the value was not there. Stay away from this location, there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from when you are passing through.

I love this Spring Creek as well as the Cooper location. The brisket is cooked perfect with just the right amount of smoke in the meat and the sauce is nice. The fresh bread constantly being passed out doesnt do wonders for my diet but sure is good! On Sundays they deliver Blue Bell ice cream to the table for everyone and that makes for some happy kids on a Sunday afternoon lunch. I am pretty picky on my cole slaw and I can say that Spring Creek has one of the best slaw recipes around. The prices for 10-12 bucks on a meat plate considering you get to pile on all the veggies you can and the portions are good.

To say that our experience was awesome would be a complete understatement. We walked in and were greeted like we were family by the manager Richard. His wonderful attitude and southern charm were the perfect way to start our experience. Not only was his team an amazing reflection of his leadership but the food was some of the best BBQ that we have had. If we could pick his restaurant up and move it to Cincinnati Ohio we would have taken him and his team with us home. My wife seriously wanted to put Richard in her pocket and take him home. The next time we are in Texas we WILL be eating here again!

Prices are way too high for small portions. Im not sure if the air conditioning was broken or just not turned on but it was humid and hot. It was like 90 something outside so you would think they would be on top of something like that. We had to leave early because everyone in our group was sweating and too hot to stay. The bathroom was disgusting. It had a strong smell of urine, there was pee all over the toilet seats and there was trash everywhere. It did seem however that the air conditioning worked in there though....

I enjoyed the pickles better than the BBQ. when my family and I went the carver served brisket from an uncut piece inside the warmer so naturally I asked to be served from the same newly cut piece (he didnt appreciate that) now I thought by requesting this that my meat had to be moist and I was wrong. My meat was dry. I was told that they pass out bread and we were bites away from finishing our meal before the bread person came. I was really excited to try this place but I left disappointed

Last two times have not been great experiences, both times never got bread, was never checked on and it appeared that the manager was sitting eating dinner with her husband. They got bread but we didnt and we were 2 tables away. Even people in line got bread from one of the employees who obviously knew the server. The food was OK but as usual it is kind of pricey. 2 plates and 2 drinks $35.00. They do not offer discounts for seniors or veterans.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the Spring Creek BBQ locations and this one is no exception. Consistently great food, super-friendly people, and very clean restaurant. They are also very invested in the local community. They recognize their top high school employees by putting their 8 X 11 photos up on the wall where the customers line up. Highly recommend.

This place continues to be the most over priced BBQ for the quality that it is. The portion size is small at best! I ordered the beef and sausage combination with a glass of tea and spent almost $20. ($17 and change). The brisket was just ok, but when you give me about 3-4 oz of it and the same in sausage, there isnt much else to say! Save your money!

I love Spring Creek but am completely put off and disappointed in their to-go structure. I was going to have to wait (probably) longer than if I couldve/wouldve eaten in. No thanks. With other quality BBQ places popping up in town, my Spring Creek love/loyalty may be dwindling...

This is a great place to have some barbeque. Spring Creek has been around a long time and the barbeque is excellent. The sliced beef dinner or barbeque chicken is always a good choice. Get a glass of sweet tea and you are all set for a great meal.

Spring Creek is great. My favorite is the smoked chicken. It is tender and juicy. Most BBQ chicken in other restaurants is dry. I also love the other meats and the rolls. The side dishes are "all you can put on your plate."

Customer service was horrible.I went there with my graduate class and they basically kicked us out saying that we where in a reserved area however there was no sign. The food was not good and I will never eat there again.

Consistently good BBQ for years! Their Ribs, Brisket, Black Pepper Sausage and everything else is tasty. All the standard"fixins" are good, including potato salad, coleslaw, pinto beans, mac and cheese, etc. it

Used to be pretty good but not with the many options we have available now. Overpriced for the portion size. Good luck getting a roll. Too many employees not working and standing around talking.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time eating lunch here, the food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Chase the manager was so friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love theyre sweet BBQ sauce and hot fresh rolls!! Baked potatoes are amazing. Friendly service. The cobbler is good too. I usually get the sliced beef sauce and cover it in BBQ!

I love going to Spring Creek because I have celiac disease, and they always know exactly what to do. Very courteous staff here, and as always the barbecue is excellent.

Bad experience. Went when not busy. Food was cold and no fresh rolls available. Spent $40 for just two of us. Wont go back to this location....

Turkey dinner w sides was very tasty. Southwestern Chicken salad met expectations as well. Very little interaction w staff on our visit.

Over Priced for what it is. Better BBQ can be had for a much more economic cost. I do love the fresh bread though, when it is done well

Food was pretty good but pricey even with a BOGO coupon. More selection of beer would be nice. ( Bud, Bud light, Michelob etc...)
