I visited on a Sunday at 9:47pm. It was very crowded and busy. My coffee was served cold on coffee standards. Soft drink machine had ran out of ice and were being told they wete not making any more ice as they were kind of near closing dining area soon. It appeared there was too many cashiers to accomodate customer flow, but they only had 2 cashiers open, my guess they had just closed the third one as there were 3 sets of numbers being called. Im not sure how many cooks were working, but something went wrong for the long wait. Despite staff being approach by people waiting for food or questions about orders, staff was very calm and courteous. Place was clean, parking was chaos due to being busy. I would have given it a 5 star as I have been thete before. management must look on improving busy customet flow as other Whataburgerd do.

Tonight was the first night in 24 years of eating a whataburger that I have walked out before ordering or even being acknowledged by the staff. We started off in the drive thru to get chocolate shakes. There were three people ahead of us, no big deal I can wait in line. 10 minutes later no one had moved and several cars that had been behind us left the line. We decided to follow suit and go inside to order. When we walked in we were not acknowledged by any of the staff and they all seemed to be standing behind the counter talking. The woman ahead of us was having problems ordering so we waited. After 5 minutes of being ignored and watching lazy incompetent staff we left. As we pulled out we noticed the car that had been ahead of us had only moved up one space. Very disapointed by this place.

I went through the drive thru at 9:23. I know exact time bc I started texting a friend. I finally got my food at 9:50 with 2 cars infront of me. One car held up the line. Then a truck was next then me. When the lady, FINALLY got her grub, the truck in front of me got his already paid for food. Then I payed for my food, drive to the next window to get my food, which was waiting for me, but the heavy set lady could have cared less about giving me my food after waiting for 37 minutes. I literally had to honk my horn for her to stop restocking the kichup and give me my darn food. My gosh lady. So the ice had totally melted and when I told her she closed the window door in my face. Hate this Whataburger 110%!!!!!! (Needless to say, 3 cars behind me in line drove off without their orders)

THE WORST run Whataburger we have EVER been to! They are completely unorganized & dont have the slightest clue as to what theyre doing! It is too slow of a "fast food" restaurant to have and/or operate a double drive through line for one; and two, when you sit in the 2nd drive through line for THREE OTHER cars orders (in the other line), decide your speaker must not be working & go up to the window to place your order... they act as if youve completely ruined their entire existence! They get rude & huffy with you when THEYRE the ines at fault.... glad we dont live here and were just passing through! We will NEVER come back to this Whataburger! The ONLY reason we rated 1 star was b/c you HAVE to rate it in order to comment!

Whataburger is by far the best fast food burger place on the planet. However this Whataburger is the most incompetent establishment I have EVER been to. We place an order (3 burgers) to go and waited 25 min for our order. Once we received them not one burger that was made correctly so we sent them back for a remake-waited another 15 minutes and not one of the remakes where right. So to avoid waiting another 15 minutes and likely getting the wrong food again we left with no food and no refund. Whataburger is an amazing franchise but this establishment is a disappointment to the brand. Hope someone can figure it out.

We were here for breakfast (LOVE the jalapeno cheddar biscuits ) and late lunch (2:00PM). Both times the drink station was out of ice. In the afternoon, there were over 10 people waiting for ice/drinks and despite numerous requests to the staff for ice, no one would take care if it. The tea dispensers were completely empty, and once again, staff didnt seem to care. I finally got a managers attention and he got fresh tea out and some ice in the drink station. This is so unacceptable. Yes, sometimes the restaurant gets busy BUT the drink station should not be that grossly neglected.

Three times ordered and three times messed up We usually order Monterey melt meal First time they didnt put anything but onions on the burger Second time only one meat patty instead of two Third time gave us some other burgers instead of Monterey melt, had to walk in and wait even longer for them to fix it They keep hiring new people who dont know what theyre doing instead of keeping the old ones satisfied with their job. Always check your bag and your burger before leaving because 99% its gonna be messed up

Went thru the drive thru and I hope they dont treat everyone this way. I was afraid to ask why. Seriously Bobbie? Bobbie informed me I cant make any changes at the paying window. I was even willing to add to the order or at least whatasize my meal at the paying window. I was force to get the meal I didnt really want. Yes there is a line of cars but I also waited 20 mins in line for a meal. This goes both ways. But whatever whataburger. Ill just go somewhere else next time.

25 minute wait, wrong order then the correct burger was squished on purpose it seems...person serving fries eating fries at the same time... no napkins in dispenser... dine in orders served to go...In bags...place was dirty, dirty restrooms... no napkins in restrooms, staff showed no sense of urgency... not a good experience... chk the video tape... from 11pm to 12 midnight.... normally I give good reviews but this time is hard to do......

Plenty of parking for RV, food is edible. People working there are not trained well maybe? We told them the diet DP wasnt mixed right, it was too heavy on the syrup. A girl went to the back to change the box. She came back saying it wasnt empty. We told her again it just wasnt mixed right. She went to the back again and shook the box to mix it. I tried to explain how to check the mix and she just walked off saying "I dont know".

Were new to the island, and well never eat here again. This place has a management problem, employee problem, and a quality problem. It took almost an hour to get our food, but some people came in and got their food way before us. To top it all off, the order was completely wrong. Total incompetence and if you ask why its taking an hour the employees get very disrespectful. Its a shame, because I like WB.
