La Madeleine has always been at the top of my to go list, unfortunately not anymore. Ever since this location opened weve seen the lack of professionalism, food quality and cleanliness. Weve moved from Addison and used to go to La Madeleine over there every week, we were so excited La Madeleine was opening close to our new home in Frisco. Weve noticed every time we would order soup here we would go home with indigestion. We thought maybe they had changed something but any time we aet at other locations that would not happen. We were in denial and tried eating soup at this location about 5 different times and every time the same thing... indigestion (I dont know what they are doing) So we began to only buy their sandwich. The most upsetting thing is the lack of attention to details. The simple things such as "well done" or "no bacon" etc... seems to be ignored almost every time we come. Today my salad came with no dressing and my the chicken parisien came almost cold with a bread bearly toasted as if they were in a rush. I went to ask for the dressing and it took them 7 minutes to help me and that was because I interrupted them and asked for some dressing on the side (there was no line in front of me... they would look at me and go to the kitchen or go talk to their friends sitting in the to go sitting area along with the manager). To go orders take super long - weve waited 30-40 minutes the 3 times we did that and on top of it all when ordering we get the attitude of people who dont really want to be there and are just seating on the clock. Im sad to write this but the service here needs some serious attention. Even the managers dont seem to care and know what is happening here.

Unfortunately today my wife was treated extremely rude by a Madeline employee. I girl named K.C, she seems to have social issues and a lot of envy towards people. Not only she was rude, but she was literally looking for trouble (a little overweight girl). KC argument backing all that none-sense and craziness attitude was that my wife made a mistake while making the order. Even the manager was impressed with the girls attitude, so she send her inside the kitchen and offered me apologies and a refund, which I did not accept since I took it personal. We never expected to find people like KC in La Madeleine. This is a place where you always find very cool employees, but this girl was crazy and out of control. The reason I am writing this is because I believe that there is a big difference between having a bad day as an employee and literally be looking for trouble for no reason. I hope that me and my family can go back to La Madeleine at Frisco without having to see this person ever again. KC go get some help.

On Memorial Day around 2:30 I went to la Madeleine in Frisco for a late lunch. The girl taking orders was intent on slamming everything she touched. When she had to return to the kitchen she kicked the door to enter, obviously taking her nasty attitude with her. I suppose the holiday was the reason for bringing on such a person to serve customers. I waited at the check out for over ten minutes and then finally help arrived. Unfortunately it was the same individual with the nasty attitude and of course she brought her attitude with her to the check out. Customers were all shaking heads over this womans behavior. Hopefully this will not become the regular service standard for this café on future holidays. I will be hesitant to return again under any circumstances, however. The food is okay but isnt worth the stress of having to deal with a nasty employee.

The service at this location was exceptional We missed seeing Leigh, She is perky and had a nice smile that was as fresh as if it was the beginning of her shift. I dont think the manager Greg every goes home, he is a shining beacon at this location, always happy and ready to answer any question or concern. He is very professional and caring about his staff and customers Greg is a working manager he does everything his people do.Which gives him time to mingle and get to know the customer. As was the penne bow tie pasta, chicken salad.Every dish on menu is a Creation you cant go wrong. Wish I could give this place 10 stars for customer service and attitude. This will be my go to cafe from now on. Thanks Greg and staff for a wonderful experience.

The service was non-existant. Id never eaten here before and the ordering process was not very intuitive. How am I supposed to know that I need to get my own menu, find a seat and get my drinks/silverware myself? No one explains this to you and when I intimated that I had not been there before the line server rolled her eyes at me and offered no direction. The restaurant floor was dirty and though there were many uninhabited tables they were covered in leftover plates. It took some time to find a clean table. The food was ok but definitely not worth the added inconvenience, rude staff and the abhorrent state of the seating areas. Im certainly not going to return to this or any other La Madeleine in the future.

Just had the delicious new bean soup and it was amazing. I normally cannot be torn away from my favorite which is potato, however the overwhelming power of your managers suggestive selling (Lana) was powerful, her sample offer yielded the desired result; I now have a new personal favorite. Great people, great service and great food make a concept great, all three are present at this and other LaMadeleine locations. I noticed as I enjoyed my soup that she nows many of her customers and exchanged pleasantries with several while I was there. I eat at the one near my office in downtown Dallas and it too is fantastic.

I like la Madeleine, but this location is definitely not on par with others. The food is OK, service is very poor. We visited for late lunch and to pick some to go desserts. The girl taking our order did not pay attention and put wrong drinks on the order, when I asked cashier to fix it and add a drink she rolled her eyes and told me I didnt order one. The table smelled like an old rag and when we came home we discovered that they forgot to put one of the cake slices in the bag. They didnt forget to charge us for it though.

A beautiful lady named Helen was the most lovely sunshine of our day at our most recent visit to La Madeleines in Frisco! She went so far out of her way to be friendly, helpful, encouraging, and made our visit so memorable with her wonderful way! I wanted to commend her and thank the management for encouraging excellence in their staff at this location. It really means a lot! And I will go out of my way to return to this location, just to have that kind of experience again! Thank you, Helen, for being so great!

I never understand why they do things the way they do at this particular location. I went to go eat there not order take out. I stood in line like most people to order my food, but then was told to take a tray and my large spoon for my order to the Take Out area and finish ordering there. This was a unnecessary inconvenience to me. I didnt understand the whole purpose of this. Let alone I still had to order other stuff and to when I was moved I forgot to get those items.
