Word of Advice : just check your food and make sure everything is there......... We placed order at the store & waited . Guy gave us food and said everything was ready . We took our food and left home (Celina) when we got home we saw that half our order was missing. We called and asked for them to bring the rest . When they did the man seemed very upset. When I came inside I looked at what he had brought and I STIILLL had something missing . I called again and told them the situation. They kept telling me that they gave me everything and that I never placed a certain order . And made it seemed like it was all my fault.... On the phone they kept telling me to hold and hold and they kept telling me they do not refund which I had not asked for a refund. I just wanted what I had payed for !!!!

The food is delicious at this place every time. Our kids cannot get enough of this place. The decor could be better. My favorite is coconut curry which takes a little longer to get served but worth the wait. Sczechuan beef is a little spicy and full of onions so dont get it if you dont like onions. Eggrolls are very good also. Prices are much better than full service Chinese restaurants and the food is actually better. Staff is very fast and courteous. This place has been a blessing on busy evenings when we cannot cook at home. Beats chain burger joints anyday.

GROSS. Youre better off at Panda Express for half the price; it may not be authentic (neither is this place), but at least its edible. This was our first and last visit here. The restaurant and tables were all very dirty (they were not busy), the staff was not knowledgeable about the menu, and the tea, soup, and entrees were nothing short of disgusting. If youre in the area and must eat right then and there, go to Subway or Sonic (neither of which Im particularly fond of...).

Went in to Rice Pot and placed order. Was told approx. 10 min for to go order. After 15 min was told could not find order. Waited for another 10 min and still did not know where order was or how long was going to get ready. Asked for refund of order and walked out. Will never go into Rice Pot again! They acted like it was my fault because they lost the order. Very poor service and no sympathy for there mistake. Will Never recommend again either. Very poor service.

All the food we ordered was cold. Watched the cashier pour some of our rice out of a to go box that apparently was never sold then added some from the main pot on top. I LOVE the rice pot in Frisco, so I had the same expectations for this place. Terrible idea. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Lebanon location in Frisco for great food. This location was horrible.

Called out for a delivery last night. We received all of our food it was not warm which is fine. It was last night, this morning and all day an now night I have hard the WOOOOORST upset stomach. I knew after eating only half of my chicken and I was extremely full something was not right. I got full so fast. Now Im sick in bed. We are never going back. Go to the Frisco location.

My family and I love "Good" Chinese food, so we were unsure of this place, however we ordered. The food was AMAZING! The food was fresh, flavored well and was hot upon delivery. I highly recommend this place, we ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken...Everything was great! Good Eats :)

I get delivery only, since I dont drive any more. Itcomes to Celina still hot I love their Walnut Shrimp I get it every time along with another specialty and Hot and sour Soup which is always great. I always have enouth for at least two meals. Billie Fox

The quality of the food is excellent. Seafood is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The fact that they deliver is outstanding as we live just off the beaten path and restaurant delivery is scarce out here. Not a fluke. Excellence time after time.

Theyre easy to deal with, and delivery is very fast, but the food doesnt have much flavor and the fried rice has nothing in it. Its also pretty over priced for what you get.
