DONT DO IT... DONT....They do not have a lunch menu as I was told when I walked in. I was asked to pay $7.50 for a lunch portion dish that is $5 to $6 anywhere else which in most cases would also include a can of soft drink or water. The meat honestly was the driest, hardest beef that I have ever had in a Chinese food place. The food was soooo salty that I did not have more than few bites. ( was a to go order). The girl also charged me $1 extra fro vegetable fried rice (since apparently their fried rice is plain) and .50 Cents for white onions that I asked for, but it came back without onions in the Beef section. I went back to the counter and the girl said that the cook messed up so give it back to add onions. I refused because I do not want a pissed off cook to touch my food again, common sense. I was ready to walk away, but since the little girl had an attitude again, I asked to be refunded for the .50 cents that I was charged for the onions. She said NO, we do not have refunds or exchanges, that is their policy. At this point I got mad since they charged me for something that they did not deliver so I said no no no. You will pay me the .50 cents back because of the matter of principal. It could had been just a penny, but I would still had asked for it back. I could get the whole $9 refunded by American Express if I want to, but I did not want to do that. They have to know what they are doing wrong and people are not stupid. I now know why they have a NO refund or exchange policy. Apparently this happens frequently and that was one of the reasons that during the lunch rush they had 4 customers in that huge lobby. Never again.

HORRIBLE PLACE! My co-worker and I went for lunch. She got Fried rice w/ "Shrimp and Cashew nuts" that plate should of been called "Carrots and 3 shrimp plate" It literally came w/ 3 shrimps and charged 10 dollars for that. My plate was meat w/ broccoli. The meat had flavor, so props to the cooks, but I really only had 3 pieces of meat. Why are the owners NOT stingy with vegetables? Overall we will NEVER be going back. Dont recommend. Service was good. BUT OWNERS... IF YOU WANT TO CHARGE TOP PRICES FOR YOUR DISH, SERVE HIGH QUALITY FOOD. AND IF THE PLATE SAYS SHRIMP SERVE SHRIMP NOT VEGETABLES!! (DOES NOT EVEN GET 1 STAR) ! sorry.

First and LAST time my husband and I eat there. It was lunch time and the restaurant was empty. I told the girl taking the order, it was our first time there and asked for recommendations. She didnt have any. $25 for 2 entrees, 2 egg rolls and 2 drinks. The egg rolls were good. I got tea. It tasted sour. I told her that and no one ever followed up. The entrees were bland, no flavor. These people dont know the meaning of customer service. Dont waste your time and money.

Very decent Chinese food at a decent price! The portions are really generous, too. I liked the sesame chicken (although not the best Ive ever had, I did really enjoy it), the lo mein was SUPER yummy (noodles cooked just right, tender but still had structure), the won-tons are very large and flavorful. My husbands sweet and sour pork was pretty good; the sweet and sour sauce could be better. Ready within 10 minutes, very decent experience.

Food tasted good.... at first. I had the broccoli beef and my boyfriend had the orange chicken . I was a little nauseous after eating but nothing major. My boyfriend on the other hand started throwing up an hour later and continued to do so all night. The chicken was clearly bad but the orange sauce masked whatever bacteria that was on it. Dont eat here unless youd like your takeout to make a violent comeback.

Called ahead to place an order and still had to wait 10 minutes upon arrival. We asked for a side of sauce when we checked our food. I understand they had to charge us for the sauce but then we were put to the back of the line to wait an additional 10 minutes for the side of suace. Very rude lady. Use to be a favorite of ours but once we moved, its not worth the 30 min drive with such poor customer service.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendliness of the staff. I order to-go food very often, and the order is always prepared correctly. The staff even brings the order out to my table when its ready. (Many similar restaurants expect you to wait at the counter or they will yell out your number when its ready.)

I was not pleased that past few times I ate here. I ordered Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice and the rice had burnt pieces in it and also was very mushy. My order had three shrimp and a lot of mushy rice. I called and complained and the response was I am sorry and we will try to do it right next time. I will NEVER be back very poor customer service!

Love Royal Chopstix but hate this location. I ordered combination lo mein and my daughter ordered shrimp fried rice, the food was nasty, my noodles were dry and burned, eggs was burned too. Her rice was dry and stuck together in hunks as well as burned.. I will never drive 30 mins to this location again!!!

Portions used to be Good. Chicken fried rice used to be a full order of rice and had chicken. Garlic beef only now gives you a few strips of beef. Wish it was as good as before but will not return. Long time customer over 40 orders.

They answer my call with "Royal Chopstix Please Hold", didnt wait for you acknowledgement, 10mins into hold, I hang up and all back. They answer quick as if not busy at all. Put in my order for them to say they dont DELIVER? ???

Food was decent and was at a good value. Good for a quick lunch since it was mostly empty around noon on a weekday. Id recommend the fried spring rolls and garlic chicken with white rice.

Delivery only took about 35 minutes. The beef garlic sauce is excellent, and the dough used in the wontons is very crisp and flavorful. The man who took my delivery was also very courteous.

Went to Richardsons Location today. Had the Orange Chicken. It was Awesome plus great service. This goes a long way with me. I think that I will definitely be a regular here.
