Poor, stay away! First let me say I adore Indian food! Only when it is done fresh and delicious as well as consistent. My dismal experience at this very poor restaurant began with a grumpy hostess. She sat my friend and I at a table, and I very politely asked her if we could sit at a booth. We were virtually the only people eating there and it wasnt like they were busy yet she seemed visibly annoyed moving us to the very plenty booths. I thanked her as she walked away and she ignored me and did not even respond. The waiter came over, did not introduce himself did not smile, and just asked us simply if we were ready to order and I said we werent. I then asked him a question about some of the appetizers and he answered me hurriedly and I couldnt even understand him. My friend and I ordered and and I was done with my entree before my friends even came out. The waiter didnt even come over and say that the second entree was coming, that it was on its way---I had to ask him as he brushed past me and they werent even busy. Also the fool who brought our appetizer over did not even say anything to us, appeared grumpy, disheveled and seemed more concerned with the temperature of the dipping sauce he put down as he awkwardly shook his hand as though it was hot, again not saying anything and again awkwardly walking away. Finally the server brings the poor quality fish curry over after I was done with my masala. So now my friend gets to eat alone after he watched me eat . They didnt even have kulfi, a standard Indian dessert. I ordered a Dr. Pepper ( mind you this is a stones throw from the Dr Pepper Arena) and the waiter didnt even tell me that it would come in a can, didnt even bring me a glass, and obviously you cant easily get a refill when the soda comes in a can. Getting a refill on a soft drink is pretty standard in a 90% of any restaurants. The bathroom was grimy and it only makes me wonder the condition of the kitchen. I love Indian food and I am very disappointed. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this restaurant for any reason to anyone. My best advice would be to go to a reliable place that first off gives quality customer service and secondly prepares delicious food period as a bonus I would also recommend a place that brings the food simultaneously so that patrons can enjoy eating together instead of awkwardly eating by themselves. Luckily I didnt have to pay my friend did

This is the first time I have been there with my family and friends last Sunday. We had a worse experience which I have never experienced any of the Indian restaurants. First we have ordered appetizers for 8 people. Though the order was ready in 15 min, we didnt receive the plates to serve, when we ask for it we got 2,again we asked we got another 2 plates... again asked for the remaining 4 plates finally we had to wait for 5 more minutes to get the remaining. By that time water in most of our glasses were empty or half finished. Nobody have come to our seat to fill it till the time we leave our seats. But we had some water bottles with us, with which we managed to refill our glasses. By that time we realized that there is no hand tissues on the table...we asked the server to get it.. similar experience we had when we ordered for the desserts as well... They are charging the highest price, without giving atleast a minimum standard level of customer service...If you have patience to suffer all these with a highest price for items you can select it...The management should know how to serve and how to satisfy the customers...

Apparently this restaurant has changed names since my experience several weeks ago, not sure if it has also changed owners. I called in an order for pick-up and they kept calling back because they couldnt get the order straight. When I arrived 30min later it was fairly empty and I had to wait an additional 30min. The attitude of the staff and the atmosphere made me feel like I was part of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. When I got home I realized they screwed up the order which is hard to believe after four conversations. I called for a refund on the incorrect items and the manager said he would take care of it. He never did, I called back several times and then they wanted me to come back to the restaurant to get my refund. I didnt bother. The food was terrible too, there was a pervasive smell like old socks emanating from it. We ended up throwing it all away. So unless you are interested in having a complete Kitchen Nightmares experience I would stay away.

We went there for mothers day and had a great experience! While there was a wait, they got us seated exactly when they said they would. Even with a packed house they were able to take our order and get the food to us in a very short amount of time. The staff definitely has high enthusiasm and actually want to make sure you have a great time. The food was excellent and the quantity definitely matches what would be considered a slightly higher price than most Indian places. Personally, I dont mind paying more as long as the experience is excellent and consistent. Their use of technology definitely kept things moving and even sent us a text message when our table was ready! Its nice to see some American style level of service for once! The consensus at the table was the all the south Indian dishes were great, but the north Indian veg dishes could use some work. If they keep up the great service and the food quality, we will definitely regulars here!

Management feels completely ok to waste food. First I had issue with the server. His name was Sujith. He did not bring water or fryums for my kid. we were waiting for almost 10 mins. Then i requested someone else for water and he was kind enough to bring it immediately. I ordered Non-Veg Thali and Arcot Biriyani. The food was good but the curry in Thali was too much to consume by one person. I asked for a take away container and Sujith declined it so harshly saying management does not provide take away boxes for thali. What is this ? I paid the money for my plate and I dont want to waste the food. Did i buy an unlimited meal and steal food ? I even asked him whether it is completely ok for the management to throw away the food in trash and he was so strong enough to say yes. I said i am even ready to pay for the boxes but sujith bluntly said NO on my face. Would never visit again. You just lost a regular customer and a fan of your restaurant.

Worst experience of life time.... We had a birthday party organized here but they differed completely on the day of event from what they agreed initially. They area they they arrangement like covering the space etc was agreed however right on the event time they said it cant be done. Food was agreed to be buffet however to save money they started serving ala carte and that too 2-3 portion at a time and 2nd serving is only done when we ask for. No attendant or their staff was there to see that the food is there before it is consumed. it was really chaotic arrangement. The manager is not at all cooperative and the owner does not seem to have any control. Starters were not good and food overall was average. I would certainly say that this is not the good place to visit and specially do not agree and be certain on their promises if anyone is looking to organize a party. Absolutely pathetic people and arrangement.....
