this one of the most aggravating resteraunts I have ever been to. my husband and I have tried to get food from here at least 5x in the past month and we either sit at the speaker for q5 minutes before anyone says anything or the customer in front of us orders and sits for an additional 10-15 minutes even though there is no one eating inside or in front of them! we have even tried to go in and order but there were 5 people in front of us and the cashier was staring into the back of the resteraunt and who im assuming was one of the managers was walking around in the back and not paying any attention to the front. Ive worked in the food industry for 14 years and I have NEVER seen a business that functions this way and Is still in business.... just to note all the times we have come were at different times of the day and different days of the week.

Crummy service Bought the 12 piece chicken meal. This meal doesnt come with drinks, strange. So we ask for cups of water. They handed us cups with no lids or straws. Really, they cant spare lids or straws for a drive up customer. When asks for them they said they didnt have any even though I could see them through the window. On top of this we werent provided with any forks or napkins. I guess they dont come with the 12 piece chicken meal either. How are we supposed to eat our mashed potatoes and salad? With our fingers? And how are we supposed to clean our now dirty fingers? Just wipe on our pants? We talked to them about this experience they were dismissive.

Just had the worst food experience of my life! Placed 3 orders. *Chicken Strips and French fries - FF were cold, chicken strips had been setting forever. The Chicken was hard, over-cooked and the meat had a gray tint. *2 piece chicken and Cajun rice - chicken was old, hard and cold. The rice had burned pieces and tested like it was cooked the day before. *2 piece chicken - same as 2 piece above. Noticed this location has a horrible rating - guess the management or owners doesnt read reviews or dont care - wish I had my money back!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! This is by far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. There has not been one time where we havent had to wait 15 mins + for our food and theres always something wrong like the drive thru speaker not working, them running out of chicken tenders, or them just leaving you at the speaker without greeting you to let you know theyll be right with you etc etc and to top it off, theyre not even apologetic for the terrible service. We will now drive further to another location if need be. Please get it together!

Had to repeat my order multiple times (and Id gone inside, so this wasnt an issue with the drivethrough speaker). Had to wait for ages because they were out of one of the things I ordered, and the rest of my order just sat back there getting cold while I waited. The whole ordeal took over 30 minutes to order food for 3 people, and half of it was cold. Large side of mashed potatoes was only half full, and there was hardly any gravy on it. This place is a poorly run mess.

I swear it never fails... the customer service and the attitudes...for What... employee walked in right past me smelling like a pound of weed. The dumb miserable dumb nut working the drive through needs to check her negatives ass vibes. Fire that unprofessional dusty ass little girl... need to take her whole check and go get counseling. You woke up this morning...smile...greet your customers... your blessed!!

Absolute Disaster. Singlehandedly ruining the Popeyes brand. Ordered a 16 piece bucket, legs and thighs. Translated, that would mean, "NO WINGS". Out of 16 pieces, they gave me 8 wings. Thats "extra wings". Thats half the order. Thats simply a big "Fu" to the customer. These people think they can treat you however they want and keep their jobs. Read the other reviews. They are absolutely accurate.

Im fed up...I have tried over and over...since when is it ok to tell a customer "you cant have that" when I ordered 8 piece all white...every time I come here its an argument...why cant you act like every other chicken place and just tell me how much all white will be...unfortunately I like Popeyes spicy, but it is not worth the argument...HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Horrible service, manager (abbie) night shift at 9:15. changed my order twice when I went inside to see whnjat was going on she started speaking spanish, which I speak, but she didnt know I did. Told the cook and her co-workers to make me wait and give me the small chicken. Will never go there again and strongly suggest anyone who doesnt speak spanish not to either.

I went there for the special and when I got home and looked in my bag there were 6 tiny pieces of chicken in the bag. It was bizarre, the thighs were so tiny I thought they accidently gave me chicken nuggets. Never again. My kids ate but my husband and I had to go back out to get food.

This the worst Popeyes ever. And I love Popeyes. I been here twice in one week and both times left with no lousina fried chicken. The first day they simply out. Yes thats right out of chicken. The next day, closed for maintenance but no maintenance people anywhere to be found.

Opened my bag, and was startled by the multiple red ants that were crawling inside the bag. Highly upset, as I had paid well over $30 worth of chicken.Took my food back and asked for a refund. It seemed the employees knew about the ant problem that occurred at the drive-thru.

Service was horrible and the girl taking my order literally yawned in my face while I was asking a question. The manager had to come and help her fill orders, the she drops the tongs and yep she picked them back up and used them. I will not come back here ever.

I ordered the two piece combo half and half with fresh fries. I got to the window and my whole order was cold. After asking for fresh fries as I ordered. The chicken was cold but I eat room temp chicken but the fries I had to have hot.

Didnt enjoy it at all had to wait a long time in drive thru and I asked for sauce and I didnt get it. My tenders were hard as a rock and my mash potatoe tasted kinda funny and I like Popeye but I will not visit this location again...

The service & food here are horrendous. I ordered the shrimp po-boy sandwich: The shrimp was old and the bread was extra soggy. This place gives Popeyes a bad name. If you want fresh food and good service, go elsewhere.
