Was in the mood for a ribeye and decided to give this place another chance, should have known better after the first time sucked! Sat down at the bar and thought Id have a nice dark beer with my steak but the selection was pitiful. Asked the bartender what dark beer you had on tap and got shiner and guiness. Just FYI your staff should know being a "drafthouse" and all that any beer that has to add food coloring to make their beer darker is not a dark beer! I then got let me get you a menu. Do you not know your own menu or are you just to lazy to help a customer? Your selection sucked so i decided to have a bourbon with my steak. Ordered the terminator. I tried to engage the bartender since it was slow but she was to busy cleaning. My steak comes out so i start in on it. Mind you there are 2 female bartender and a manager behind the bar in front of me now. My "medium rare" steak is well done but the three of them are to busy talking about the potato she just ate that took 30 minutes to come out to check on how my food came out. I set my napkin on my plate and listened to this show go on for 10 minutes before someone asks if i want a box. No i dont want a box i want my check and hand her my card. Now the manager half motivated now comes over after the secret pow wow they had at the POS and asks if I had the terminator (Im the only one sitting on this side if the bar so i guess that must be me! ) He tries to ask about it but its too late. The thing looks like it was cooked on a dirty flat top grill from all the burnt black grit on the steak, no grill marks. He said it was broiled? Really? Looks like you tried sous vide and failed. It was grey. Told him i just needed my check. He said well let me take care of you. So i got my check and didnt have to pay for the steak but i guess my wasted time is worth nothing because you have to charge me for the half of the drink i didnt finish because the steak you served me was overdone. If you come to my place and your experience is this bad youre not paying for anything!! I paid my tab and left. BTW this nonchalant attitude must be your culture since the hostess was to busy on Facebook to even say goodbye or thank me for coming in.

DISGUSTING! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. This is the worst 54 bar amd grill my husband and i have been to. First of all it smells horrible in there carpet needs to be cleaned and so does that floor professionally. We went one evening for dinner as a family which is my husbnd, kids, and myself. Got there waited then delay in seating manager comes and apologized , then we ask for booth and take us to table. We had to wait another 15 mins for booth while they were giving booths to others while we were there 1st. Then our waitress is awhile before we can get drinks. Then we order appetizers and one goes to another table and another manager apologizes for inconvenience and we have to wait longer for appetizer. Our steaks were cold and fries too salty. Everyrhing was just the worst that night so we get 2 frew appetizers for inconvenience. So we left and my husband and i decide to try it again and use coupon. Well seating was fast got booth but waitress was horrible. Waited 15 mins before we can get drinks and not from our waitress. Finally our waitress comes noticed hubby still has no drink and she went to go check on it and we never hear from her. Time is passing and we are done with our 1st appetizer so we decide just to go to bar and get it ourselves. We wait another 3 mins before bartender who was on phone realize we were there get out drinks. Finally get drinks go back and our waitress realizes we have our own and brings his the one he ordered. Doesnt say anything but manager comes apologies at that point we just dont care wanna eat finish drinks and leave and NEVER go back to that 54 again. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I must say that my hopes were not very high for this place, as typically when a chain comes in, it is usually very average. Needless to say I was very surprised at how good it was. The service and atmosphere were spectacular. We went at about 4pm as to not deal with the rush that so many new places around here get at lunch time or dinner time. We started with an appetizer that came with their Gringo Dip, and it was a very good first impression. My side salad was next, and it was as expected, but the dressing was really good as well. Not sure if it is homemade, but it was definitely above average regardless. They also brought out a honey wheat loaf of bread that was so fresh, hot, and soft, you almost couldnt cut it. The honey butter it came with was great too. I ended up having the baby back ribs as I had been craving them, and they did not let me down. Perfect mix of sweet and tangy, and cooked to a fall off the bone perfection. My wife had the pasta that has chicken and bell peppers in it, and it was honestly better than most Italian restaurants around here, ESPECIALLY the big boy next door. We had to finish with a dessert to complete the experience, and the chocolate cake was beyond moist. Im so used to getting one that is dry, or seems to come frozen and then into a microwave. That may be the case here as well, but if so, you could not tell. I certainly hope that this place keeps up the good work, and doesnt go on that downward spiral that so many places end up going on a few months after opening.

Tried to come in for dinner on 3 occasions and the wait was very long, finally came on a weeknight and waited about 20 mins. Ordered an old fashioned & the French dip sandwich, I asked for the sweet potato fries to have Rosemary, salt & pepper only. I sent the drink back after two sips, was super disappointed in the cocktail bc the variety of whiskey was fair, assumed they could make a basic drink. The French dip had so much salt on it that I couldnt finish even half of the sandwich. The sweet potato fries had a large amount of some Cajun type seasoning on them. Up side, server caught that I hadnt touched my meal. The mama get came over and asked about it & I explained the salt issue. He gave us a coupon to try and come back for another visit. Im not sure if well return or not, but at least they tried to fix it. I would compare it to those Shenanigans restutangs in "Waiting"

Liked the place, flavor of the food was good but.......The cut of meat for my chicken fried steak was horrible. I couldnt even chew it. Our waiter asked if everything was OK when we hadnt even had two bites of the meal. Hadnt had time to form an opinion yet. When it came time for the check he mentioned nothing about the chicken fried steak being basically untouched other than if we wanted it to go?? The proper question would have been was everything satisfactory with the meal?? Do the wait staff not make mention when the main part of the entrée is barely touched because they dont want to deal with a problem??? I could have brought it to his attention but I just decided to let it slide. We will give it another shot as I said the flavor was real good on the rest of the meal just may not be so forgiving next time.
