Chat Conversation Start Yesterday June 24, 2017 was taco Fest in Wichita as you well know . Huge success , but in the same breathe a huge disappointment . To many people and not very organized . WE left the event and visited your restaurant . We sat ourselves on the main floor close the the bar area just before walking outside . We had a party of 8 . We waited for maybe 20 minutes and not one waitress came over to say anything to us . Now mind you the place was extremely busy and the two young ladies where overwhelmed , but that does mean to totally ignore patrons . A 10 second stop would of sufficed a level of respect . Nope not a soul stopped or even cared . The bartender was your pulse , without him running and I mean running to keep this place afloat Im thinking this day would of been more of a failure to your establishment . That gentlemen needs a raise a pat on the back . We sat for maybe 1.2 hours and not a word was said to us from the wait staff , we tended to ourselves going back and forth from the bar . I learned something many years ago and it still resonates today . Its called the 7 ps . Piss poor planning promotes piss poor production . Today the management team fell short with planning and exploiting the staff members you had working and feeding them to the wolves . I hope youve learned a thing or two when events are planned in ICT . Hopefully the Cancer Crawl works out better than last year also , that was a big snafu from the management team as well . The other places we visited ran smooth no mishaps , but your establishment once again was understaffed . Your Bartender is a gentlemen and he should be well rewarded . Im hoping this finds its way to ownership as well . I will sending them a letter as well , how can you fix something if you dont say anything .

Have visited 2 times recently. The first time we wanted bloody marys. They were out of mix. A good bartender should know how to make a bloody mary without mix. It tasted like tomato juice and vodka. Disgusting. We took 2 sips and left. Yesterday we went and sat on the patio. 2 waitresses were serving the patio. We were there for at least sn hour and not once did they ask if we needed anything. Never offered a menu or check to see if we needed more drinks. Had to go inside to get our drinks each time. Once we were about ready to leave I mentioned this to the bartender. He said he hears that a lot. Well do something about it! It wasnt until I complained that she finally came and cleared the empty glasses from our table. All the while they were taking care of other people or sitting inside eating and completely ignoring us. Poor service! Or should I say no service!

The burgers, fries and tenders are good, but everything else Ive had there is lacking. It has potential, but needs improvement. The last thing I tried there was the potato salad. It was very dry and almost bland. Do not order the kids pizza. My daughter, who loves pizza of all kinds, but prefers cheese, took one bite and asked for something else. The grilled cheese they replaced it with was a big win. The service...the servers try hard, but, with the "seat yourself" seating, everyone is spread out and its easy to forget about the tables not next to the bar, which is where weve sat every time weve gone because we take kids with us. The food also takes longer than youd expect to be made. The place has potential to be great, but it definitely isnt there right now. Its also never that busy when weve gone in there at lunch or dinner.

I went there last night and I did not know where it was. So I look it up here on G and it showed the back entrance. So I went to that door and it was the back I try to go in and, the bouncer said, "back up homeboy" WTH is that. You dont call your customers homeboy !! I try to ask one of the bouncers what was up not knowing the entrance was on the east side of the place.He did not say a word to me like I was a thug or homeboy LOL, Then I watch about 10 people go threw the back WTF so I guess if you know some people you can go threw the back. I went home !!

Just moved back to town, had the day off and wanted to eat, drink, and watch the royals. Fries were cold and greasy. Burger was good. The waitress dumped a cup of ice across the table. Then, as the only people watching the game, they changed the channel on the tv we were watching and couldnt figure out how to switch it back. Happy opening day at the K. Guess we will make plans to be THERE next year.

Very cool Sports Bar with standard bar food. That is until you order something with bacon on it. Seriously, the sweet pepper bacon here changes the game, and they serve it on a ton of things, even cheesecake. Heroes becomes a nightlife destination on weekend nights so if your looking to avoid that stop by for lunch. Solid spot with good service and good food.

I think they make their own sauces. My honey mustard was straight honey, with a few specks of mustardish material hanging out for texture. Loved the assorted urinals in the mens room. That motiff should spill out into the rest of the place. Drop the sports from the name, call it a Piss Bar, and make a trillion dollars.

The drinks are watered and iced down. They were out of all the half price wines. To top it all off they had a mouse running in between the tables. The waitress just told us thank you for pointing out the rodent problem. No discount or any kind of accommodations were even offered for all of the short comings.

Just not my kind of place but a certain group of friends always wants to meet here for lunch. The food usually takes longer than it seems like it should. We last were there on a gorgeous day but, unfortunately, the smoking on the patio ruined any chance at enjoying the fresh air.

Never a bad experience here. Food is always good. Service is always good. Drinks are always good. Prices are fair. We frequented this place VERY regularly before we moved a few miles further away. We still love to come here and enjoy the games, food, and atmosphere.

Fantastic place to have fun on Saturday night. I was there just last Saturday for the first time on July 30th with my beautiful wife and her best friend visiting from Wisconsin. We actually had a wonderful time I will be going back soon! !!!

Two stars for the friendly waitress, nothing else. Honestly, the first thing that came to mind was watching the show Bar Rescue. Place was dirty and dark, food was cold. It was literally the first time I have ever left my plate full.

Heros is OK for lunch and during the weeknights. I dont hang out downtown very often on the weekends. The few times I have been here during the later hours was not my scene. If you like weekend crowds you will find them at heros.
