Be careful when dining at this location. My wife who is pregnant was found to be ill when she went in and had a Blackened Chicken Sandwich back in January. That week we took her to the hospital and the doctor said she had Salmonella (very dangerous for anyone but even more so to people who are pregnant). The restaurant tried to take care of everything but their insurance who is handling the issue (Liberty Mutual) still has not followed through with their promises of helping us out for the incident. After waiting and calling all the way through April they decided that since we waited to long to see a medical professional that they were not at fault for the illness. Unbelievable that they use such tactics to not take care of their own messes.

Our second time to ever come to Red Robin. The reason I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because our kids werent really impressed enough with it to really want to come back as often as my husband and I would like. Guess it will have to be a date night pick. My husband had the Bleu Ribbon Burger and I had the Smoke & Pepper Burger. Both were very good! The steak fries are so good and crispy. Make sure to save room for dessert because the Fruffles are the best! A brownie stick that is dipped in dark chocolate then sprinkled with sugar crystals and French Sea Salt served cold with a berry "ketchup" (Strawberry and Raspberry puree) and whipped cream! All I can say now is, YUMMM!!!!

Red Robin has fantastic burgers. Its just a fact. Their gourmet burgers are really out of this world. They have a super diverse menu and sometimes top their burgers with stuff youd never think go together, but they really do! I enjoy that they serve steak cut fries instead of the usual tiny sticks you get a fast food joints. They also have some great non-burger options like chicken and fish that are all quite good as well. The wait staff at this location are all very nice and friendly. This location was also recently remodeled and has some very fun artwork on the walls and ceiling. Their bar is good with a variety of local craft beers you wouldnt find at most chain restaurants.

Got food poisoning from the honey mustard dressing. Called and spoke to Brad the GM. Typically when I eat out I trust the restaurant has food safety protocols in place. Thus I dont take a sample of everything I eat with me for future testing in the rare occasion that I should get sick. And because I let the illness work itself through my digestive system, I did not waste my insurance benefits on a doctor and lab tests. So no...I cannot PROVE this occurred. I can describe vividly what I experienced if interested in that detail. Brad said he would let the owners know. After some defensive conversation he finally agreed to refund my credit card.

We sat in the bar area, no wait at all which was awesome. Our waitress had a shadow who was doing a fantastic job at customer service! My mom and I ordered a classic shake and asked them for a second glass since we were going to split it, AND THEY SPLIT IT FOR US! Whoop! I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken with a lettuce bun, Ive always been nervous about doing that and how it would taste and I must say, ***amazing***! I ate the whole thing and I didnt have that way-too-full feeling in my stomach. They also wrapped it in this easy to hold foil so that made it all the better. TIP: Try the campfire dipping sauce for your fries, its delicious!

Went with family and were seated in about 20 mins. Ordered a black and bleu burger, and I got a burger on a ciabatta bun with mushrooms and white sauce. Didnt taste blue cheese at all. All i tasted was mushrooms. Wife got California chicken and she voiced that it was messy. Best thing there was the drink and service. Food wasnt worth it. Better burger at snuffers. In fact, the black and bleu at BWW tastes better than here. And cheaper at both those places. Save money.

This place used to be good, what happened?! Our waitress had a terrible time trying to serve our burgers & sodas. Ive waitressed & im not saying its easy, but come on! How many times do I have to say how I want my burger cooked? The manager was nice but seem happy when we said the food was just alright. The soda machines were broken but they continue to serve bad soda instead of telling you. Worse part? Now we are all sick to our stomachs!

The service was quick, friendly and accurate (even though some of our orders were pretty complicated), and the food was delicious. I came with a large group of friends who meet at different restaurants once every couple of weeks. It was our first time to come to this location, and for many, the first time to visit any Red Robin. Everyone in the group was eager to add this restaurant to our regular rotation.

Why do I give Red Robin an excellent rating? 1. They had an excellent waiting system- our wait was 35 mins and we received a text once our table was ready. I really liked that and it didnt take 35 mins. 2. Once we were seated our server Sarah was EXCELLENT. 3. Our food was fresh and very good. This is why I give my experience at Red Robin 5 stars.

Its Veterans day so I brought my wife and youngest son for lunch. Our server was very friendly. My son had Claims, the wife had the Cod. I got the free Burger. When our server brought the bill she also brought a card signed by some of the employees thanking me for my service. The card means more to me than the free burger and I will keep it

The food is very good. They have bottomless root beer floats, special lemonades, orange cream soda and more! The burgers come with bottomless steak fries or vegetables! You will go away full! The wait staff was very attentive. The only draw back is that the burgers and drinks are a little pricey. It was $16 for a root beer float and burger.

This is always our fallback place for burgers in Flo Mo when looking for creative or variety of burgers. We also always order 1 dinner with sweet potato fries and the other with the steak fries. Just wish the ones that came out with the burgers were ad hot and fresh as when ordering 2nds with the bottomless deal.

Food was fine, server was fine. However, Brad one of the manager was terrible. I asked to have the Mavericks game on and he told me that the Oklahoma sooners game was more important. Sir, do you realize that we are in North Texas and no one here is a sooners fan? Seriously, give me a break. Go somewhere else.

Overall good. Had a small issue with my order that my server was quick to fix when the Manager Johnny Crow had a tantrum infront of other customers including myself. A bad day indeed for him. I will say the servers were great. Assistant Manager took care of my order fixed it and made it great.

I am always impressed with the level of service and the quality of the fare at this restaurant. Todays visit was no exception. In addition to taking our unusual requests in stride and maintaining her friendly smile throughout, she has two of the prettiest eyes this fat old man has ever seen.
