I do not know whats up with the Sonics around here but dang they always mess something up! Dont get me wrong I like the food and drinks not only did late night happy hour go away which is bummer... But I swear they are forever getting shakes wrong! Sucks bc this one is closer to my house..but if I am paying full price for a shake I expect it to be right! I mean seriously how do you mess something up as a simple vanilla malt not one time but several times! Forget about ordering blast shakes bc I guarantee an ingredient will be missing. Oh and sundaes forget about it not unless you want whip cream with a side icecream! Smdh!! Sucks!!

I had ordered my food where you park and can see the menu sreen and was ready to leave but people park on the side of the drive thru lane and block other cars from exiting when there is a line at the drive thru. I had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes just to get out of the place. I had ice cream and food needless to say food was cold and ice cream was all melted by the time I got home.

Ugh pull up to car port push button wait 10 min no answer then thing says to push again if i want service.. Then still no answer then have to get out of car port get in long ass line for them to still take another 10 min... Ugh bye lunch... Not coming back again and i love the strawberry cheesecake shake.. Ugh

Very bad first of all got charged wrong for an M&m sonic blast they charged me for a strawberry blast..... Got charged for extra topping and they didnt even full filled with that never coming back manager in the background counting money with out a headset very bad place to go to last time I go to this sonic

I dont understand why i have to repeat my order six times. If your headsets are not working well anymore, management ought to replace them. If the problem is with the order taker, please put the right people in the right places during busy times. 20 minute wait is not acceptable. And i still got charged wrong

Got a large chili cheese tots and what I got wasnt even as much as you should get in a medium. Got a medium Sonic blast another time and same thing. There was a huge hollowed out hole in the center of the shake all the way down to the bottom of the cup. This place rips you off.

Take long to bring out drinks when there no one because they didnt know how to make our drink. We waited for 45 minutes then decided to leave no one came out to tell us they couldnt make our drink they just let us sit out there.

Absolutely disappointed with the burger. What has happened to the American burger? It was a thin patty. I could barely taste the beef. I will NEVER eat at a sonics again!!! Not to mention that the tables outside were dirty.

Drive thru service is abysmal. The intercom is horrible. Difficult to understand and much more difficult to order. 2/3 times, normal service is bad too. Skip this one until things are fixed. Which will probably be never.

Horrible service... Took 25 minutes to receive food after placing order then, had our order wrong. After telling them the order was wrong it took another 20min to receive our new order. Absolutely terrible!!!
