I grew up eating at Sonics, and Ive eaten at a LOT; This is hands down the WORST. Its fine in the mornings when what Im guessing is the head manager is there, but in the afternoons/evenings when theres this young fella manager there and a bunch of teens its just GAWD AWFUL. Ive tried on several separate occasions and the food it literally inedible. And Im not even judging by high standards. Even my dog refused to eat it, and she enjoys the occasional diaper. And NO, I dont know the people who are fighting in the reviews, Im just a long time Sonic fan who just moved to Golden and cant get decent Chilli-cheese Tots. =/

we waited for 25 minutes for them to take our order. another car pulled up they got their order take immediately. we went to the door to ask them when would take our order and the lady got all huffy and puffy with us. as we decided to go somewhere else the lady inside proceeded to tell us to never come back and stood inside flipping us off. I have never been more upset. we had our kids in the car watching all of this go on. if I could give less then 1 star I would. Ive been coming here for years, its the kids favorite place to eat and we will never be going back.

It is your average Sonic with below average employees. I grew up in the neighborhood nearby and the staff at this Sonic has always been a bunch of sketchy high school dropouts. While they work hard, the things Ive seen go down at this location make me question every visit. Employees reflect management and while I have never had a terrible experience, it makes me wonder how the place is operated. Its a Sonic. You know what to expect. If you love Sonic and are in the area, go.

My expectations of fast food are usually quite low but this Sonic surpasses my expectations of just how bad it can be every time. At least theyre VERY consistent- the food is ALWAYS bad. Tots are always way too salty, food is cold even when you eat it immediately, and they put so much syrup in the slushes they become undrinkable. Save yourself money and time and go down the road to Burger King if you need fast food- or pop into King Soopers and buy literally anything else.

They take an amazingly long time to even answer when you push the button to order. We waited at least 15 minutes just for 2 slushies. The same thing happened a few months ago. I thought it was a fluke, but it looks like this is the normal for them. The whole time we could see people in there goofing off and seeming to just be having fun while we waited. This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. Actually, its also the slowest fast food place Ive ever been to.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service here. I waited at a stall for over 30 min and I told one of the employees that the button keeps deactivating. Without even apologizing, much time later, they told me that it was broken. When I finally did order, they didnt know what stall I was in. No wonder they are so inefficient and unorganized. In addition, while ordering, they told me that I wasnt able to get a family size but charged me for one anyway.

There should be a no star rating. Burnt corndogs every time. Cold fries every time. Please explain to me why it takes 20 minutes to make a burnt corndog and cold fries, but when I come back to have it fixed it takes only 5 minutes to make it fresh... Oh is there anyone out there who can suck an Oreo shake through a straw? I sure cant, there the hell is my spoon? Workers that look like they havent shower let alone washed their hands. Where is corporate?

Quality was excellent, the staff were polite. It seems like Sonics in general have issues keeping all of their equipment up and working, which is a bummer. Today they didnt have any hard pack ice cream, so we got milkshakes instead. They were still very tasty. Thanks for the yummy food, and we hope your equipment gets up and running soon.

After ordering, it took 25 minutes to receive our order which consisted of two oreo blasts. Upon eating the blasts, it consisted of 99% ice cream and 1% oreo (which was just used for the topping). Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I didnt pay $9 to get two cups of ice cream. We will not be going to this location again.

I loved this sonic. But do not come on the weekends if you plan on having any kind of dessert with bananas in it. Last 4 times I have been here ( 3 of those times were the weekend) they have been out of bananas. So half of the master blasts and shakes cant be made. Its very annoying because I love the banana split master blast.

If I could give it no stars I would...this sonic has got to be the worst in the country.....they close a half hour early all the time...no one there really wants to work and make money, obviously....its a shame too, I live right around the corner. Ive heard this from many people as well.

We sat and waited for our food for 25 mins as I watched several employees standing around inside on their cell phones looking out the windows our server was very nice and then I didnt even get what ordered chicken sandwich instead of a burger manager needs to step up the game here

So buyer beware ordered food for me and my family when it came out we realize we didnt have ketchup or the ranch dressing That was supposed to come with their food. Tried to call back and order two extra drinks and waiting for 15 minutes for well nothing. Dont think well come back

Wasted my lunch hour. Sat in the stall for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I called and apparently there was only one person there. Weird because I saw three different people in sonic shirts walking in and out of the building. Super sad.

This is the BEST Sonic in the area. They are prompt and courteous. Every other Sonic around here takes ~20 minutes and/or has a broken Master Blast machine. Even though this one is out of the way, we still come here first. Thank you!!!!

I asked for sweet tea, not unsweetened tea with a bunch of undissolved Suger at the bottom. My fist sip was just a mouthful of undissolved sugar. Absolutely disgusting. You used to make good sweet tea, what happened? Waste of money...

This is probably the worst sonic restaurant Ive been to. Drive further to the one near flatirons crossing. The food is old and disgusting and the staff is very rude. Youll never get any sauces, even if you explicitly ask for them.
