This subway is one of the worst in town. One of the employees that works their moves at such a slow pace it takes him 20 mins to make two subs. If you call and demand to talk to the manager he is extremely rude and mocks you. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Extremely unprofessional. The fact that this employee is still working there is rediculous!!! Last night when my family ordered from here, this employee happen to be working. We handed him a 20 dollar bill and asked to put the rest on the card. When I returned home I was charged 9 dollars and then a second charge for the full amount. He also took the cash so I was charged for the FULL AMOUNT twice. When I tried to get my money back tonight he ignored me and acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. I WILL BE CALLING THE OWNER OF THAT STORE TOMORROW!!! If this person is for some reason this allowed to work there after time and time again of horrible customer service, Then I will be contacting corporate about the issue. This is unacceptable behavior for an employee to be displaying to a customer!!!

I called Subway at the 1801 Hover location by mistake to order ahead on 3 Salads so other customers would not have to wait. The person I called the order into states after I gave her all the salads and what to put on them told me this is the Subway across from Carl Jrs. I asked for the names to be put on the salads and I gave specific directions on each salad. The salads which I get from the South location 856 Hover are fantastic. I go there 3 x a week. I gave the order to the 3 salads I wanted and the salads were totally made wrong. They were not made right. The meat on the salads where not all there. I had one tiny scoop of tuna on my salad. There is ham on a BMT and there was no ham on the salad - just salmi and all the wrong ingredients. The Subway on South Hover is the bomb. Please train the people on the other end of Longmont how to make a salad the correct way.

Its maybe not a real subway? I mean I know theyre mostly franchises. Maybe they have tiers, and this was the cheapest option. Most of it was there, but the details - like any and all promotional material or signature sandwiches - was missing. Like if you expect something to be modern, but then you find that one place that hasnt changed anything since the 80s. I suspect this not in small part because this location didnt carry southwest/chipotle sauce. They werent out; they actually didnt offer it. Instead, they offered off brand thousand island and said its basically the same. Nope. Not the same.

Someone needs to instill a sense of urgency in these employees. I was here once with someone in front of me getting two foot longs and there were two people waiting in line after me and the employees were moving slow as molasses. From the time I stepped into the store to the time I left about 25 minutes had elapsed, and thats just not reasonable for a sub shop. Employees are friendly, and the food is good, but unless Im the only person in the store, there is usually an unnecessary wait.

This subway was amazing! The customer service was incredible! I really enjoyed the blonde hair guy with a sense of humor! Also the big guy with dark hair and a beard mustache. They are great! It was fun ordering sandwiches with them. And the sandwiches were phenomenal! Definitely coming back!

My change was 23 cents...i asked the tall guy with an affro if I could give him 2 pennies and get a quarter. Dude gave me attitude and wouldnt do it. What a moron. Next time Ill be paying in all pennies.
