Terrible!! Placed an online order at 5 on a Tuesday and earliest pickup time was in an hour and a half. Tried calling several times but no answer so we drove up there. First of all it was disgustingly dirty! Had I not already paid online I would have left. Trash, food and even a spilled drink across a table and they werent even that busy not to mention behind the counter was sooooo gross. I went to the counter and let the guy know we were there and that I had tried calling bc an hour and a half was too long to wait. He looked at another girl and she kinda rolled her eyes and went to the back. The guy then proceeded to cash out the next customer so I said OK well then I will just get in line and order that way since this seemed to be such an issue. So, we waited in line and begrudgingly another guy pulled our ticket and started making the order without EVER speaking to us, smiling, anything to even acknowledge our existence. The other guy who had seemed lost at what to do at the counter when I first arrived then started helping him and he was nice and even asked if we wanted a certain sauce and the other dude said to him "stop asking them questions just make the order"! I was shocked how rude he was ( I didnt catch his name but he was the African American guy). We even apologized for arriving early, cracked a few jokes etc and NEVER did he ever say a word... Literally. Another thing was the customer in front of us ordered shrimp and the rude guy said it would be 30 minutes but we had a taco with shrimp and the nicer guy walked right back and got a brand new tub of it. My advice is to avoid this Qdoba! Its very dirty and the employees are rude.

We ordered two bowls, one was chicken and the other the shrimp. It was 6pm in the afternoon and the guy didnt even greet us. He then proceeded to ask what we wanted, he literally poured out what was left from the shrimp (there was about 4 in there) rather than just replacing it and getting more. Then I asked for black beans and he did the same thing. My husband asked for pinto beans since the guy was scraping everything from the containers and preferred to not get the stuff thats been sitting for awhile. Its just so disguisting that theyd even give that to customers. This is the worst Qdoba Ive been to. Whoever is running this place should seriously be ashamed of what crappy food and low customer skilled employees they have. Needless to say, go elsewhere.

Staff constantly has LOUD techno-rap blaring from the kitchen/grill area. When I asked them to turn it down a bit, all I got was a dumb look and a heavy dose of attitude. Food is so/so based on other Qdobas the Ive eaten at. This location constantly is out of something...just get same lame excuse about a busy weekend and no truck. Out of avocados, Lame excuse, when it is only 200 yds up the hill to City Market andata 3,000 fresh avacados....they dont even try, just want to sling you food and go back to listening to their LOUD tunes and sneak out the back door for a cig, and collect a paycheck. This last visit will be my last to this location.

The servers were very rude... it was the first time we have been there and choosing what to eat was pretty tough. As we went thru the line the servers were rushing us to order. They were rolling their eyes telling us to hurry cause other people wanted to order. They mixed our orders with others there for delaying the service. Finally after all that we decided not to eat there and left them with all the food without paying. Who wants to eat at a place were people are telling you to hurry and rolling their eyes at you. Worst experience ever. Save your self a trip and go to Ruby Tuesday.

The all around rudest Qdoba staff I have ever encountered. I dont know if they were upset about working the dinner shift on the Fourth of July, but they were all needlessly unpleasant. The experience started with a staff member snarkily asking "What do you want?". Orders had to be repeated multiple times, because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Also after buying our food, a staff member would not give us one order still behind the counter, because he insisted we had not paid (even though he was not at the cash register). An overall upsetting experience.

I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars based on a more recent good experience. Im a big qdoba fan so I was willing to give them another shot. I will leave my previous post though below: "The guy who took our order was super unfriendly. He came out from the back and just stared at us instead saying hello or asking what wed like. They were out of lettuce and corn salsa at 2pm and very unapologetic about it. My girlfriend asked for chicken but got pork instead. But by that point we didnt feel like dealing with asking for new tacos."

Rudest staff Ive ever encountered in a restaurant. I was yelled at for taking a brownie from the basket (apparently only staff can do that, unlike at other Qdobas). When I asked if he wanted me to put it back he said, "keep it now, but Im not going to be over there to check you out any time soon." Ive had other experience with unfriendly staff at this location, but this kid took it to another level. I wont be back. The food isnt good enough to be treated like crap.

Staff is incredibly rude! Walk up to the counter and the manager and someone else are talking about what days the guy wants to work. Didnt even acknowledge me for 5 minutes then when he was finally done talking he just looked at me. No "Hello, welcome. How can I help you?" Just stared at me. Barely listened to what we wanted to order because the 2 guys kept talking. Only gets 2 stars because the food is good.

Every other Qdobas that I go to I usually order the tortilla soup in a bowl (not a tortilla bowl) with a tortilla on the side. This is the only Qdoba that I was told he supposed to charge me for that tortilla but hes nice enough not to. Really youre going to charge me extra because I dont want it made into a bowl instead I wanted on the side.

Tried to order lunch on mobile app... said it would be an hour and a half. When I called the store, the guy who answered (after nearly 20 rings) said they dont take orders during lunch because they are too busy. Well, thats why people order ahead. Awful. Unacceptable. Chipotle was glad to take my online order.

The service was very friendly and efficient. The food overall was good for our group of 6 people. However, the brown rice was a bit crunchy (perhaps they need to adjust the recipe for altitude?) and I got a couple of pieces of badly burned chicken. The queso was awesome, which made up for the crunchy rice.

I absolutely love this Qdoba!!!! Very friendly staff. The staff in there were some of the most friendly people I have ever met. Great food. The ingredients are not as spicy as others. That is a good thing for me because I hate spicy food. This Qdoba is the best I have ever been to.
