We decided to have wienerschnitzel for dinner. We got home, started eating. I had ordered unsweetened Iced Tea for my drink so I go to get some sweet & low and opened the lid and there was a fly floating around. So I immediately call and ask for the MOD. She asked what I ordered so I went through the list of my order and she said "oh I remember you, whats the problem?" so I explain to her and she asks what I would like to do. I told her that I wanted a refund because I wasnt going to continue eating with who knows what else can be in my food. So she said I have to take back EVERYTHING I ordered and if I had already eaten anything she wouldnt be able to refund that item. I hadnt eaten but a couple bites so I packed up ALL my families food, my kids were hungry and took it all the way back. when I got there she didnt say not one word to me, no "Im sorry" nothing. she just took the receipt from me, walked away and came back with my money an just put it in my hand and still NO SORRY! I will NEVER eat at this place again and will refer others not too as well! Thanks for the flies Weinerschnitzel and the starving children!

I went by tonight to try the new green chili cheese dogs and got a couple of other items also. Well I had take a drink of my tea and looked down and see a black spot on the lid. I opened it and there are flies in the damn drink. Needless to say I stopped eating and called the manager, who proceeded to give attitude and was very rude, to explain what was going on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE. Especially after having gone back and not even getting an apology just snatched the bags and handed us the money back and walking away!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Found a piece of plastic on one of our chili cheese burgers I ordered. Manager by the name of Kami was completely unprofessional and did not take it as something serious. She was very casual about it. Never going to this establishment again. Horrible experience.

Oh my gosh, I had never been to a Wienerschnitzel before, and we went here on a lark while traveling through the Southwest. I miss my life before I knew what I was missing. Now I wander through the darkness in a state with no Wienerschnitzel.

While the food was great and the service was friendly, the drive thru was very stressful. Its packed tightly between two buildings, and me being in a pickup truck was pretty stressed out trying to get in there.

Website says they are open till midnight but sign at actual store says 11. Ridiculous, having to drive all the way across town just to find that out. Update your Google site please.

There was no straw in the bag for my soda. I spilled some of it trying drink without a straw and found they also forgot to give me napkins.

Great junk food at low budget prices. Only drive thru available and place is quite old and run down. Friendly staff.
