In my culinary quest I spotted a well rated Puerto Rican restaurant. I had to go! We were all unsure at to what we were getting into. We found the place and it was a bit Oh My! what are we getting into looking kind of place. We entered and is was sparkling clean and roomy and lots of families happily enjoying lunch. The waitress came to our table and announced that she spoke very little English. I speak a medium level of Spanish, so all was really fun. The names of the foods were unknown to me. Yes I knew empanadas from my Cuban restaurant experiences, however the other names were unknown. So we read the details and ordered a bit of this and that and cleared all plates. Judge by results I always say, and empty plates tell a lot of the story. The chicken sandwich made like a Cuban sandwich was flavorful and had a wonderful crunch. The fried plantains (bananas) dipped in the sauces were good. The rice was perfect and the beans had chunks of potato and were excellent. the empanada had a nice crunch. and with a little of the dipping sauces added made it come to life. All in all a fun experience. I need to come back and try other Puerto Rican treats. Ahhhhhh…. So many things to learn....

We have been to this restaurant twice. The first time two orders came out to our expectations, only that the third plate came out with cold food, literally felt as if it had been taken out of the fridge. We address this to the non attentive waitress and she kindly takes the plate back only to return us a microwaved meal. We give up at the this point and decide over a year later to give it a second chance just because it is the only Puertorrican restaurant in the area that we know of. This time both plates came out with luke warm food and a microwaved mofongo and an extremely inattentive rude waitress. All that summed up to an overpriced plates and terrible service. So its fair to say we do NOT recommend this restaurant. Sadly.

Increíble !!!!!!! Perfecta el servicio muy bueno la comida muy rica rápida y perfecta, una piña colada sin alcohol deliciosa, las yucas encebolladas deliciosas finalmente otro lugar más donde comer nuestra comida pienso volver mañana me faltaron cosas por comer. Para mi tienen 6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️estrellas no 4.2

This is not good puerto rican food. This place gives puerto rican food a bad name. I dont know what other people are referring to when they say the food is good cause it is not good. Coming from New York and having authentic pr food from the main land too this place is a disgrace.

Love the food and the restaurant is clean and nice. But the waiter are not very friendly. I was expecting more smile been puertorrican myself I know how friendly we can be. Like I said they dont smile almost like they dont like to work here. But the food is excellent. ..

Out of Miami, Manhattan, and LA this is the best Puerto Rican restaurant weve tried so far. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Cant believe this food vm came out of El paso. Bomb! Mofongo was good alcapurias bomb, get the stuffed tostones with pernil.

I had a late lunch date with my friend who had a taste for the food of her childhood. We both enjoyed the setting and the Mofongo was really good (my fav) being that it was my 1st time trying it. I will eat here again.

Eh, waited 20 m for food. Waitress was un a hurry or something. Place is not even packed, only 2 tables. Yuca frita was good. Sane w the appetizer sampler. Very generic looking. Puerto Rican ambiance is absent.
