Food came out cold ..told manager and he made a comment about us wanting a free meal..I told the pendejo we dont need free food.I asked him if the employees that were sitting down eating GOT THEIR FOOD RIGHT AND WARM.... AT THIS POINT....I JUST PAID MY BILL. I hope who ever owns this place gets over there and checks things out. Im Shure the health department is gonna find more than cold food being passed out.Also this to the manager I hope you Never get the same service you gave me and my family. I should of gone to applebees across the street to begin with! If you had a similar experience please post so this shithole of a wannabe mexican dog poop gets nobody Elses hard earned money. The food here is not very good quality. I have been there a couple of times (with my Mom) and it's always the same bad quality. It also seems like they re-use the leftover food. The service is also bad. Only a few times that we were served propetly. They take forever even to refill ur drinks. The utensils are dirty, and the cups look like they're not washed properly. The restrooms are usually dirty also, like they clean them just from where it's visible.

The bread for my menudo was great. Cant say the same of the menudo. The milanesa was alright. Had very light breading, which was good, but was lacking flavor. Beans and rice were tasty. The milanesa comes with beans only, so be sure to order a side of rice if you wish. Tortillas that came with plate are not made in house and appear to be store bought. As for service, dont expect too much. They are effective enough to take your order and bring what you ask for.

I just happen to be here searching for the owners number. I agree with these one-star reviews. This place USED TO BE good but its been years. I dont know why my family insists on going here. They double-charged my 74 yr old moms card after the waiter was rude. Almost a week later, Im trying to contact the manager and seems like theyre dodging my call. They always say the manager is out. Im still waiting for your call, Ernesto Gonzalez.

I went to eat breakfast this morning 06/02/15 not only did they took forever, I found a hair on my food! I told the waitress and she was like nothing i even told the cashier she went to the back to tell them they were making another plate !? If you dont speak English do not stop even though people speak English the lady in the front thats working the Box decided to tell everybody not to help me and provide poor service just because she couldnt speak English and I couldnt speak Spanish so I asked for somebody that speaks English. The only reason I gave onestart is because it doesnt allow me to give 0 Stars

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE TAKES FOREVER TO GET A MENUE UNLESS YOU GET IT YOUR SELF STAFF IS A BIT RUDE FROM TIME TO TIME. The food was disgusting, the service was horrible. And to add insult to injury I lost my phone and from the time it took me to get to my car and back into the restaurant our waiter picked up the tip we left but somehow managed to disregard the iPhone sitting right there on the table within mins my phone was shut off, no common courtesy. Dont go here ever.

We get there and there isnt that many people and when our waitress comes she says "Ill come back when I can because I have a lot of stuff to do" like ok whenever you want honey if you want Ill go home and eat and come back when you can, and when I went to the cashier to tell them what happened there wasnt anyone there.

The lunch special is a very good deal. It comes with the most delicious iced tea ever, delicious soup and hearty portion of whatever plate you choose. The service is typically fast and courteous despite being so busy for lunch. None of the enchiladas served here are very good at all but everything else is.

Tbh I use to work there a year ago , I just visit a day ago , I can said that is one of the cleanest restaurants and really good in taste that I know , I am sure you will only need 1 plate and you are full , is really ship , a plate the maximum price is about $15 and I am talking about really big meat

The comida corridas are the best lunch bargain in town. The food is fresh and the accompanying caldos are greatl. I do agree with some of the other postings that the service is not the best, it takes forever to get tea refills and your check. The place is always packed and needs more staff.

0800 Thursday Breakfast Machaca and Huevos Mexicans were very good. The hash browns could have been a little more crispy throughout for my taste. The salsa with the Machaca needed a little something more, so as not to be so watery. Fast service. Large portions. Overall good!

La Malinche has a great variety of Mexican food dishes. My favorite plate is the Mexican plate. This plate has enchiladas, a chile relleno, a taco, rice and beans all for a low price. It is never a bad experience here. Definitely recommend!

The food is authentic and good but the service is pretty bad. There is one tall brunette waitress that is awesome but i havent had another male or female wait staff that is decent. Not too costly. Great caldo too.

It was okay, could of had more flavor to the food. They consider themselves a Mexican eatery but dont even have a Horchata drink. Service was okay but the server could have done better.
