If I could give 0 Stars I would. Left that store and it was ridiculous. They tried to serve me a blizzard that was the liquid consistency of a milkshake or a smoothie. I went back and told them I cant eat this its pouring all over my hand they tried to tell me that their fruit is very watery so this is how its always going to turn out. I told them apparently you do not know what a blizzard is. As I was in the middle of this argument with them (a manager and his cashier)a gentleman walked in and asked me what was that, that was in my cup I told him this is a blizzard they are trying to serve me, he said thats not even a blizzard and I told him I know. The manager wanted to make me another one but said it was going to be just as "creamy".( more like watery) I told him I would rather have my money back Im not going to drink a smoothie that supposed to be a blizzard. It was absolutely ridiculous. Do not go there if you want to lose it because youll get a smoothie. And as I was watching the cashier take orders and make ice creams not once did she ever put gloves on or wash her hands between the transactions and ice cream making. Yuck!!!

Unfortunately, we came into Eden when there wasnt much open. Ordered 2 combo meals thru the drive-thru. First, the girl taking our order didnt seem to like her job very much. After paying almost $18 for a 4 piece steak finger basket and a triple cheeseburger, (no drinks) we grabbed our fries. Being on the road makes you hungry ! But the fries were cold and had a strange taste. Then after finding no gravy with my steak fingers , I attempted to eat them and they were cold. The hamburger patties were cold. we took a couple bites and gave up. We were short on time and did not want to mess with this Dairy Queen any more. We will have to find the next town for some dinner.

Giving one star because you cant give less. Very rude, very slow, too busy with their friends to wait on customers. Music so loud you have to scream to talk to the person in the booth with you. Everything is blocked off except for a small section...guess they dont want to have to clean the whole place. The tea was so nasty tasting it must have been sitting all day. Chicken strip were hard as a rock even tho they were " freshly made". Ruined DQs for me! I wont go back to another one.

The food is as expected but service was not the best for a fast food chain. There is a lack of employees, so basically 3 people trying to run the whole operation. The restrooms were to be as expected semi-clean due to lack of stack. I would probably skip this one and wait until the next town for a quick bite (it took 25 minutes for 2 burgers & a salad).

I often stop at this dairy queen going between San Angelo and San Antonio. The place is often kind of messy. Sometimes smells. Sometimes the staff seem a lot like they dont care. All in all, your typical fast food restaurant. But, hey, if youre headed down that route, its one of the better places. Which probably says something.

Worst dairy queen ever. No steak fingers, dudes, bacon, or onion rings. The order that took 30 minutes, was cold, wrong and he pulled the peppers off of our daughters nachos and sent it back so her 9 year old mouth was on fire. Worst experience ever.

When I arrived I decided", will I guess another boring ,water like grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered the sandwich and had great service. I received my meal and took my first bite. Needless to say it was very good. And thats an understatement.

Food was yummy. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my husband being on a no-carb diet. They were a little thrown off, but were able to wrap his burger in lettuce for him. Very nice!
