Every experience I have had with this place has been horrible. When you dine in they are extremely rude and dont even provide any sort of customer service. They do not bother to refill your drinks or ask if you need anything else, they cant even perform the most basic tasks when they never have more than two tables to attend to. Most recently I was there about an hour and a half before closing, plenty of time to grab some food and be out of there. When we went in the store looked completely closed and the staff was very openly angry that we were there. When we asked for wings they said no because they had already cleaned that machine for the night. When we asked for boxes they brought some unfolded and threw them on the table behind us, when we asked how to fold them correctly the waiter ripped the box from my hands, folded it and threw it back on the table. During our time there the waiter and cook in the back were talking poorly about us and making sure we heard it. Ive never had such an awful experience anywhere else in Kearney. The management here must be absolutely horrendous. Try treating your customers with a little respect and maybe dont close up an hour and a half before your listed closing time.

I understand this place is slow during the normal weekdays, but I also believe this store is understaffed. Waiter is the cook, so they will be busy for cooking, so no refill for you. Cashier is the drive through worker, so they will be busy when people drive through picking up stuff, and they are constantly missing from your vision site, so no bill for you. But they make acceptable pizza, overall 2 stars

If I could rate no stars, I would. Brown salad (what was there), no toppings, no pizza on the buffet and a restaurant full of hungry people that swarmed Everytime a pizza did show up. Waited 10-15 between pizzas just to get one slice at a time. And really the restaurant isnt even full. Theres several open tables. And now there arent any clean plates. This place needs to massively step up their game!

This place is very dirty, grungy, everything you touched was sticky. Nothing looked liked it had been cleaned in a long time. For a family establishment I expect them to have a changing table in the bathroom. I had to take some paper towels and change my daughter on a table in the back. Drinks were never refilled, cheese sticks were cooked a little too long, pizza was about the only thing decent.

The service was horrible had to wait 20 Min just to order and it was pretty dead in the place except for one other table. When we got our food the spaghetti was ice cold and the pizza crust was hard. We had to send back the spaghetti back three times before it was warm. The facilities there were disgusting dried blood all over toilet so save yourself and go somewhere else.

I ordered 8 bone in wings, 8 bone out and a family order of cheese sticks. First the marinara sauce was COLD. Like it just came out of the fridge. So I called and complained and they took care of it. Then my husband went to eat his bone in wings and they were boneless. I didnt feel like calling again. They were just sloppy. I probably wont eat here again.

The staff was excellent and made sure our every need was taken care of. The pizza was good, except it was thin crust and I just assumed handtossed or thicker. I didnt give it a 5 star because we were not informed as we asked many questions about the special. They may have assumed we knew, as I assumed.
