Me and my family were traveling from Amarillo to Houston and we stopped by this DQ in Clarendon, Now I myself have personally been here once before and the service was fine infact the entire experience was fine, however that was with only two people working. This time the entire staff was working including the manager. The service was insanely slow to start out with, but that is understandable sometimes people have off days the resteraunt did not appear to be that busy, However when I came to the drive thru window there seemed to be a bit of confusion with my order, again to me it is not a big deal I am a paitent person I just gave my order again at the window and waited for a good 5 to 10 minutes before I received it. Unfortunately when i did receive my order I was missing a chicken finger basket. When i braught this to the attention of the manager on duty he gave me a look as if I was some stray dog wondering the streets aimlessly and asked me to move up my vechile while they finished my order. 5 more minutes passed by and I finally receive my order of chicken finger basket only to find that the entire thing was ICE COLD. I had one bite of the chicken before I just said enough is enough. I will never return to this Dairy Queen again EVER.

My aunt and I were driving from Denver to Dallas with two children under 3 in the car. We were hoping to stop for a quick bite and hop back on the road. First, the service was so slow. It took well over 10 minutes to receive our food and one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. They grudgingly fixed the sandwich. We decided to get blizzards and after waiting in line while 1 girl took the order (the other wandered around doing not much and talking on the phone). It took FIFTEEN minutes to get our soupy blizzards and this was after they fulfilled the blizzard/ice cream requests of everyone else in the restaurant. Oh, and the blizzard was missing the caramel! I will not be returning here.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star, we were passing through from out of town and Dairy Queen being my favorite we go through the drive thru, well for starts worst customer service skills ever, second they didnt even have Italian dressing, who doesnt have Italian dressing????, third we get our food and the order is totally wrong our burgers not what was order the belt buster is expected to have to things of meat and the hunger just one no they did the opposite and no cheese on either burger! We didnt receive a receipt. Poor poor place of customer service. So glad our hometown Dairy Queen is no where near this level they are Beyond Amazing!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the dirtiest, most disgusting "restaurant" Ive ever been to. Ive been to gas station bathrooms Id trust more than this place. It literally looked like they have never cleaned that place a day since its been open. Even the packets of ketchup were covered in something sticky, and it wasnt leaking ketchup. I couldve eaten outside and not have been attacked by more flies. The place was literally the MOST DISGUSTUNG PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Ever. If you pass thru this Podunk town and are hungry, keep driving. Itll be worth it. If you live in this Podunk town, Im hoping you people eat at home alot.

The food is good and so is customer service but the general manager is trash my husband worked there and called in 2 hours early to let her know that he would not be in that morning and threw a fit and took his hours down to maybe 13 a week then we were running late with court and a few other important errands so he called to let her know he would be 30 or 45 min late and she said that the other cook could not stay any later and that his schedule was shift was his responsibility verry poor managing skills

Ya know, its really hard to disappoint me when it comes to food, Ill eat just about anything. You almost have to go out of your way and try to mess up a meal for me and unfortunately I felt like those ladys up there almost tried to make me have a bad experience. Its extremely disappointing considering my crew is in this town for a month and I love DQ, but its one of maybe 5 places to eat in the whole town and we crossed it off the list the first day.

Terrible service....drive through for 3 milkshakes took 10 minutes and she came out to the car with 0 napkins (ice cream all along the side of the shakes) and spoons in them with no straws. She looked annoyed when I told her we would need napkins and straws....she then brought me 2 napkins and 2 straws....we have 3 people....they may be understaffed today, but probably the worst dq service I have ever seen.

I have seen better in 1980s, But I dont know who has the Dairy Queen now. I dont know how they even stay open..I wouldnt feed it to my dog the last time I was there in the summer. I am hoping I would have better choices out of small town. But you actually DON"T!

Very Very slow service. Took forever to place order and had to go back to get all of order. I would think on a Saturday you would want some kind of management there to help. Inside decor looks the as the day they opened very dated and worn.

"No mustard or pickles please" burgers were cold, sent out after waiting for 10 minutes (isnt this fast food?), and guess what? Mustard and pickles ONLY! Thank you DQ. My first time there in my 32 years of living was the worst experience ever.

The place is very dirty.....The girl behind the counter was very rude.. Texas toast what a joke! Thin sliced bread toasted with no butter...... Wont go back... Pay hard earned money to be treated rudely and eat inedible food? No thanks!

The food was fast and hot!! The customer service was excellent. The service was better, evertone was so friendly and nice. Expecially the nice lady who took my order. Her name was zaryia shes really great. The managment is fantastic!

I have never seen cooks throw french fries on the trays and be rude to the other staff like I did at this store it was absolutely unstocked it was horrible the food was so greasy it was almost inedible

This Dairy Queen usually appears to have just been hit with a mad rush and everything is a mess. The bathrooms are usually not the cleanest and the staff are usually cutting up and on their phones

Super slow, place was dirty, and the towel dispenser in the restroom hit my head and broke my sunglasses.
