Came in early to request table for 9 (11:25)..birthday lunch for co-worker. At 11:45 (not busy at all) everyone had arrived and I already put in order for chips queso and fried pickles 5 minutes before group arrived. Table was great...in corner next to open bay of patio. I had to get up several times for drinks, plates, and pre-bus (move dirty dishes and empty food trays) our table. They piled up on back bar counter...no one took any dirty dishes to kitchen. No looked like they were in a hurry to do anything! The apps were so simple but it took approximately 20 minutes to arrive (had to get up ask about it). All the food was cold...half the orders were wrong. But we didnt want to send anything back because we didnt want to wait several more minutes for correct food orders. Understaffed (kitchen and servers)...no management on floor...inexperienced server = very poor service. Shame...we usually look forward to visiting...but not anymore.

Worst twin peaks Ive ever been to this location is harmful to the DNA and the brand of the company my waitress did not go through the steps of service nor was she friendly i left not even knowing her name the manager also didnt seem to care that as a unit they were not one. This location is going to die if its not already dead. NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. As a former TPG I was extremely disappointed in my service and overall experience. Will never revisit this specific location if your looking for the great twin peaks experience go to a different location.

This is my very first Kaiseki experience and the owners/chef guided us extremely well! excellent service, we had amazing conversations and the food came to us at exactly the right time! Regarding the taste of the food, I would say that I am a Japanese food lover and it just tastes amazing. The transition from each dish gives you an amazing feeling of how the chef is guiding you through his amazingly thought up menu. I have nothing but compliments for this place and would definitely recommend others to come!

Well this was the first time me and my buddys went to this place.. we were going down a list of places with pretty girls and this was next up.. worst decision to put this place on our list.. we step inside and no one greeted us we actually came through the back door so we decided to come back in through the front we waited and waited.. not any of the servers seated us and it said on their sign please wait to be seated.. so we stood there for 30 minutes standing piss poor i say

I went to the Mockingbird location for UFC 190. My service was great, ice-cold beers, TVs everywhere. I was very satisfied with my food too- I dont expect Guy Fieri to prepare my burger at Twin Peaks. Not only was our server helpful but the entire staff was very well coordinated in their efforts to make everyones experience great. I definitely will consider this bar again next time there is a large televised sporting event.

Dont go to this one. The service is absolutely horrible. We just left. NO ONE was at the front to seat is. We waited for about 10 minutes, then just seated ourselves. No one ever came to our table so we left. Not to mention, other people were standing, waiting to be seated when we left and no one was at the front to assist still. This was after about 25 minutes. Terrible customer service.

My overall experience here at TwinPeaks has been beyond AMAZING!! Our service here was immaculate. Shay her communication skills are extremely great. She checked up on us numerous of times to see how we were. I officially make this location here at TwinPeaks off Mockingbird Ln. My top pick in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The worst service from the moment we stepped up to the bar. The two bartenders talked to each other more than they did the customers. My friends and I got up to smoke and came back to all our food cleared. We had not even eaten half of it. No one ever said anything to us or approached us again after throwing out $50 dollars worth of food.

Well you think because of this locations position on mockingbird that be constantly packed but no its great location to come thats not crowded. And if love pretty women this place has lot of them.... Definitely better location to me. Now parking is kind of a headache at this area but that not twin peaks issue really.

ALEXIS! Fun, attentive, friendly, AND cute! (it was refreshing to see a natural beauty in Twin Peaks btw) I usually stop by for happy hour every now & then, but definitely will be stopping by more often because of Alexis service. I went to Twin Peaks, the Mockingbird Station location Tuesday during Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm. My waitress Hannah was very good. I would highly recommend her. The food and beer hit the spot. The Greek Salad and Twin Peaks brewed beers are a must try. Tuesdays during Happy Hour are pretty calm.

My overall experience here was great! Its a very friendly environment and sweet servers. Our server, Jennet, was very great with assisting my family and I and she made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Absolutely will be visiting more frequently! Keep up the good work guys.

Well when they have 2 bartenders and serving 6 people and ask for a credit card. They shouldnt expect a tip. Friendly service should be taken off the wall. Its was the girl in red. She looks good but that doesnt tell anything about the service

Great atmosphere, tvs everywhere, food is average, great place to hang out and have a few beers. Service is horrible and servers/waitresses are rude, bad mannered, and slow. At least the one we got. Not all might be the same.
