TL;DR: Staff seem very new/confused, food is mediocre with a high price tag, and theres a crazy pianoman. Nothing at the restaurant is particularly bad, its just exceedingly mediocre with a high price tag. My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday and had reservations, we stood in line after being told that it would be a couple of minutes; no big deal, we had arrived early. About fifteen minutes after our reservation, were still waiting, still not a big deal as they seem busy. Then they started seating people who had arrived behind us, and seemed to have completely forgotten us. When the host made eye contact again he realized we managed to slip through the cracks somehow (not sure how, we stood in front of them for 20-25 minutes. After being seated we ordered, no big hassle there, but the food was pretty mediocre, salad seemed like it came from a bag. Again, not bad, just mediocre. Ordered the filet and the Piedmontese strip, both of which were alright. The texture of the strip was mostly rubbery, and both steaks were very bland. I sent the strip back and we managed to escape as quickly as possible, but even with the strip taken off the check I managed to pay $75 for food I probably could have had anywhere else for about $40-50. Seems to be a trendy place or at least thats what theyre striving for, so I guess that accounts for some of the price tag. One last thing: there was a man playing piano and singing when we went for dinner and the tracklist went from relatively normal to odd (Yellow by Coldplay), then it just got weird (Creep by Radiohead) and ended with hilarity (I want it that way by Backstreet Boys). Very entertaining. Maybe were paying extra for the pianoman.

My experience was and is always exceptional, the best courtesy when u arrive to be seated at the front desk...such warmth and inviting u never get this even at some of the other resturants that have tasty menus. The waiter Benjamin has become a favoite along with Courtney. The food is always fresh and leaves an after effect....words cant express the enjoyment I get when dining out at @ Seasons 52. Most of my collegues, family and friends now dine at Seasons 52. One of my favorite dishes are the lamb chops and also the squash soup even though I love everything on the menu. Ill be back as always...Thanks Seasons 52 for tasty healthy and fresh foods. Happy Happy Joy Joy!!! 04/13/2017

A fine meal ruined by a hard-sell on dessert. The waitress asked if we wished to have dessert. We declined. A few minutes later she brings a tray of dessert "shooters" along with plates and forks to our table. My wife said we did not order dessert. The waitress, in a clearly corporate scripted but well delivered joking reply said, "Not yet". Complaint to the manager on the way out yielded nothing but a blank look. In thirty years of dining at humble burger joints and Michelin starred restaurants I have never experienced a hard-sell during a meal until now. Rude. A violation of the rules of hospitality. They do not deserve your business.

I went to Seasons52 after finding the menu online. My mother and I went for lunch the next day, and both had excellent meals with equally excellent service. Not only did the meal meet my expectations, but exceeded all of them. The desserts, which some other reviewers took issue with were inventive in their deliciousness. I am sure this expertly trained staff will continue to bring us fine dining on a relativity inexpensive price for years.

First time here, food was good. Tonya, my waitress, is the reason for the poor rating. Flat out worst customer experience Ive received in my life. If Im paying $5 for a meal, I dont expect to be pushed out the restaurant nevertheless a $50-100 meal, not to mention she forgot to bring out items we ordered. Save your time and go somewhere else, or hope you dont get stuck with Tonya. I ordered the salmon and flatbread.

This restaurant is a powerhouse among Dallas restaurants. Located in beautiful Northpark Mall, this is THE place to relax and enjoy a good meal. From the friendly hostess stand, to the excellent service and finally the most delicious of healthy foods; this is THE restaurant of choice for me. You wont find a cleaner kitchen or fresher ingredients anywhere in Dallas.

The food is great and the service is even better.. Jacob was the service manager that was on duty, the evening that I was in and I had a moment to chat with the chef on duty... both are great guys with plenty of love for food and the pleasure of service. I will most definitely be returning.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Is it cheap? No. But not overly pricey, quality of food is very good. Portions are just right for me and my wife but if you are looking for Texas sized plates this is not your place. Small, healthy and delicious plates are what you get here.

Great healthy food, staff is friendly, food came out fast, and drinks are tasty. Calories listed on menu. Location is a bit of drag as its inside the mall, which complicates parking. Although, they do have complimentry valet, which can make parking at mall palatable.

Great service! The rack of lamb was well cooked but unfortunately it was tasteless. The flat bread my wife ordered (blackened steak and blue cheese) was pretty tasty and a good price. It was my birthday when I went and they gave me a free dessert so that was nice

Really good. Did not know what to expect. The tacos - both fish and beef were excellent. Waiter was attentive but did not overdo it. Place is a little "girlie", but the food really was surprisingly good. Wife and daughter loved it and my two sons did too.

This is a fantastic place! The menu is very creative and the dishes colorful, flavored and textured for a very unique dining experience. The wine list is extensive and the host / front end manager knows his stuff. I cannot recommend this place more.

Had a glass of wine (flight and flatbread) as well as an appetizer and an additional entree at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and checked on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. Like going there for a casual bite to eat.

This place used to be great. No more piano player and the servers are more interested in chatting with their regulars than providing decent service. Food was good but they messed up the order. Not the worst but definitely not what it used to be

Lamb rack was perfect. Scallop tasted bit stale. Stuffed mushroom was great with a mule and a beer. Great vibe and ambience. Great patio. Pleasant staff. Food takes a bit long to show. Great place for reunions and just to hang with friends.

I really love this place, i find the food very healthy and the service great, always accommodating. I especially like the organic salmon that they serve. Deserts are amazing too. They usually accomodate my family easily too.

Seasons 52 menu changes quarterly, offering fresh ingredients served on flatbreads or uniquely prepared beef, chicken, fish or shellfish. Cedar Planked Roasted Salmon with vegetables and potatoes is always well prepared.

Was asked to move from an open table in the bar for someone who supposedly had just arrived and was in the restroom. Was embarrassing and unprofessional not to mention questionable as the table was empty. Not going back!!
