This is bar none, the single worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. It may be the worst one in existence. To say that a Taco Bell is bad is almost a truism, so you may not yet grasp the import of this rating. This place is horrible FOR A TACO Bell. The problem is not the extremely slow service (though it is the slowest), nor is it the broken down and poorly maintained equipment and furniture (though both the drive through and interior have significant problems). No, the problem is the food. I have never been here where I didnt receive at least one extremely stale tortilla, on more than one occasion the meat has been so bad that I threw it out rather than eat my burrito. Why do I keep coming back to experience such horrible service, environment, and food? Well, I have a short memory and this is the closest, most convenient fast food to my house. Half my reason for writing this review is to reinforce for myself that I must never come back here.

The girl who took the order was really nice... But upon arriving home my husband and I opened our food to find that we were jipped. He usually does meat and cheese only and I do my food all the way... But today we barely got any meat, or cheese. Cheese!!!! In a double crunch wrap $5 box thingy. I work hard all day! In a resteraunt, of course, so why can you not even put enough meat and cheese on our food to equal one full taco??? Didnt want to cook, but guess we have to now. Thanks for nothing tonight taco bell. Every other location has been great!

There is not another Taco Bell near my house so I am forced to try this one. Eight out of the last eight trips here have all been horrible. 45 minutes in the line. Never gotten an order right. Not even the correct drink. Couldnt hear the drive thru worker, so asked him to speak up. His reply was "just order your food." Not sure how this store is even allowed to operate by corporate. If they knew, it would be completely shut down. Never spent less than twenty minutes in line. None of this is exaggerated or made up either. HORRIBLE!

I hate this Taco Bell!! Every time I go there my damn order is wrong!!! They are quick to charge for supreme tacos, but want to hand out regular tacos!!!!! The service sux here! I recommend you go to the next Taco Bell on camp wisdom and Main. I WILL not EVER be back!!! & there were crackheads just hanging out near the Taco Bell entrance! Ew ratchet who the hell wants to see that sh** when they are trying to get something to eat!!!

I got the cravings deal WITH NO TOMATOES. Simple right? He put tomatoes on just the burrito. The solft taco with the hard shell inside, dont know what its called but what ever it is it was UNDER cooked. The dough was STILL DOUGH! By far the worst experience EVER. The drive threw lady was supper nice but the food sucks!!

service is super slow, always packed , no matter what hour you arrive,. I can only eat the regular/supreme tacos. anything else makes me nauseous and sick. That is not just this location but all Taco Bells. I have never been able to stomach their food, but the tacos are pretty good! the staff is friendly though.

At about 1 am all the workers just sit outside on the curb and claim "the truck hasnt come in yet" so youre telling me that means the entire staff just gets to sit outside and smoke while probably still being on the clock? Nope. Thats BS. Worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Avoid at all costs.

This Taco Bell location is supposed to open at 7am everyday. I stopped here before work on a Sunday at 7:15am and went to the drive thru, no one was here to service. employees were sitting in the parking lot in the car smoking and watched me

I would not eat here! The inside is filthy and there is not even a working soap dispenser in the ladies restroom...which means food is being prepared with dirty hands. We had to clean our own table and we were the only patrons inside.

This place is awful. Literally every time Ive gone my order has been wrong, cold, soggy, or I get looks from the people inside like Im not supposed to eat here. I love me some taco bell. But this place is one I will never visit again.

Horrible services. Drive through employee is super RUDE. I ordered a meal, and the employee kept asking is that all. Without asking what i wanted to drink. DONT COME HERE PS. They take forever just to give you the food.
