Be ware bait and switch coupons. Received coupons in mail for Lucky 13 Tenders for $15.99 when ordering on Sat 5/7/16 clerk said they no longer offer that item (coupon was to ex 5/31). Had to get the 20 piece for $22.95 then then to add insult they gave us another coupon for 20 piece for $20.99 on closer inspection that coupon expired on March 15!!! If they are counting on our business they need to be honest in their coupon offers! It is a shame since the tenders are very good.

I went on the first day this location was open (December 21, 2015). The place was very busy, but they were staffed up for it and the drive through moved pretty quickly. We had both the roast chicken and the fried and both were very tasty and juicy. The mashed potatoes were creamy & flavorful. Mac & cheese was fair, Id pass on it next time. I hope they keep up the quality and service here as the newness wears off, because they were really good today.

The chicken is pretty good. The rolls are great. Speaker at the drive thru was hard to hear. drive thru workers were unfriendly. Not one said "hi", "thank you" or even smiled. One window they only said my total, nothing else. The next window just handed me my order and said nothing else. Drive thru service here is always very slow as well. Drink had WAY too much ice in it. Large drink probably had 10 ounces of actual soda in it.

Not so good. Needs management.. Looking in the pay window, nothing but kids walking around playing , hair hanging everywhere, backpacks on...really there is food back here! Food was good except rolls (my reason for coming) not like other golden chicks, soft and yummy..here they were crispy around the edges! Will not come back.

The roasted chicken is really great, the special 9 piece for nine is really good. I would have given it a 5 star but there are no substitutes you only get mashed potatoes with it, its no big deal I order a side of okra, slaw, red skin potatoes, or a side salad.... its all good and good for you.

Great food and good service. I have had issues from time to time of missing, incomplete or wrong orders, however the staff is always great about fixing the issue and getting me on my way. If a place is willing to admit their mistakes and correct them without issue, I cant hold it against them.

The absolute worst service ever!!!! I sat in the drive through line for literally 45 mins and no one could say why the wait was this long!!! 2 people were sitting out in there car and the manager came out the back door and asked them to come in and help!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ive only had one bad meal, the tenders were dry and the drink had no taste to it, but that was literally one in a million, I love this location never had an issue with customer service and the food is fast unless they havent cooked it

Consistently decent service and fresh food, a big improvement from when this location first opened. My biggest complaint is every time i go through the drive thru, i never get any utensils to eat my mashed potatoes with.

I dont understand some of the reviews for this resturant. We ordered a 15 piece meal with the 3 sides and were very satisfied with the service and quality of the entire meal. I will be returning . Thanks Golden Chick!!!!

Ordered an 8 piece family meal with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and large Jalapeños (5) When I got home, they gave us 6 pieces, mac n cheese and 4 Jalapeños. I understand mistakes are made, but did I get them all???

The employees have no concept of what it means to get even the simplest order out in a timely manner. I have waited as long as 10 minutes just one car length from the speaker box and gave up and left.

Mac and cheese doesnt have flavor. Rolls, gravy, and chicken is good. The spicy chicken is just a seasoning they put on the chicken.
