ATTN: To all that witnesses this review Please be warned of the discriminatory regard of this establishment. Logic has seemed to mystify the mental receptors of employees and that of management, in which, is "CLEARLY" replaced by ignorance and pure stupidity. How would you feel if your Daughter, Son, Mother, received prejudice, and social injustice. How would you feel to be profiled within a demographical class and refused service because of it!? How would you feel to have a superficial employee, from a superficial company, state that their superficial manager left a superficial note instructing not to deliver to your residence due to......"get this", a Tip that was supposedly unsatisfactory during their last delivery to us. Somebody pinch me; is this the world we reside in? Was this the ideology Obama meant when he spoke of "Change" practically 8 years ago? First off, theres nothing within the contents of their advertisement that stipulates mandatory tipping. Seems to be some sort of infringement of policy along with false advertisement all in the same. Second of all, my wife reminded me of one occasion in which we didnt tip due to time in relation to the close proximity of our residence to their establishment. I need not explain myself, nor my actions in relation to my rights in accordance to their policy. NO ONE has the right to make my 2 boys and wife feel mistreated, unworthy, or unaccepted for any reason. PERIOD!!!! They chose the wrong family to pull a stunt of this magnitude. This is our first step, towards rectification. Thank you for your time in reading my review, hope this helps someone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Cigars. The pizza is the reason this is 2 and not 1 star. Loyal customer for about a year but tonight Im reconsidering. Its raining so i knew we would wait. Eta quote: 1.5 hours. Were 2 miles away, its raining its Friday I understand. I call back at 1 hour 45 mins to get a status check; "we still have a few drivers out, one of them probably has it but call back in 10 minutes if you still havent gotten it" Call back in 10, "theres one driver still out, she should have your pizza, well get it to you" 45 minutes later (were up to almost 3 hours now) the driver shows up with soggy, cold pizza, apologizes and asks for full payment. I had paid by credit card, she didnt have the receipt, and then asked if I added gratuity in advance. Cornered, I tell her I trust her to add 20% when she gets back. No offer to comp, no offer to discount, nothing. Topping this all off is the call I get minutes later after having to reheat the pizza myself in the oven. "We wrote your card number down incorrectly can you give it to us again?" Really? You can chalk this up to a rain storm or a Friday night that everyone had the same idea or both but I honestly expected a bit more than "sorry, heres your pizza. Do you have our money?"

I love this place. I love their food, I love their location, I love the employees, I love their delivery times, and I love their owner who is "hands on" involved. Their pizza is fantastic as are there sandwiches… The "Italian" and the Gyro are incredible. Yummy! Lastly, regarding another ridiculous review listed on here from about nine months ago, if one orders delivery of about any food item from anywhere generally drivers except to be tipped. I would! Its the system. Usually they are using their car and their gas etc, and their entire livelihood and that of their families depends on the tips they receive. If you cant afford a few dollars to throw with the driver for prompt service of a delicious meal, then go pick the food up… And you wont have to tip anyone. Geesh.

The pizza is great but beware! I waited two hours for an order, called and called and called busy busy busy signal. Finally, almost 8pm and I ordered at 5:11pm. They said, ooops sorry out of delivery range. Lets talk about that real quick. Ordered pizza from them less than two weeks ago and they delivered to me just fine. Dont order delivery -pick it up or leave it because they have one delivery driver so when they don make it to your house it takes for ever and when they feel like not delivering that day to you then tough.

GREAT pizza. I drive over from Casa Linda to pick up pizza because its sooo good. My standard order is Double Pepperoni, light sauce and onions, well done. Best in the area! Really good chesse and the pepperoni is very good. I have had other pizza and they are just as good. I have not had much else on the menu. Service is always friendly and quick. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Love this place!

My favorite pizza delivery to little forest hills! Cigarz has great pizza! They also have great greek style subs, sandwiches, salads and sides. We like to order a large pizza with a side of hummus and a 6 pack of naan/pita. They have great gourmet / specialty pizzas, but you can get a standard pepperoni and ham with fresh ingredients too.

This is by far the best pizza I have had in the DFW area. It is a gem and a treasure. The pizza is deliciously decadent and you definitely get every bang for your buck. I am full usually within two slices and pleasantly so. If you want good pizza go to Cigarz.

Cigarz is a hidden hole-in-the-wall, but it has one of the best take out menus in Lakewood and Hollywood Heights (there is no eat-in). The food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable, and it appears to be family owned. Its a favorite of my family.

Pizza was absolutely delicious and their staff is super friendly! The pizza could be made in a cleaner environment, perhaps. I never saw the guy that made my pizza wash his hands first, but I could have missed it. Pizza was really tasty!

Quick service and good ingredients. Unfortunately we chose a pizza we didnt like so I wouldnt recommend the Quattro unless you LOVE different cheese on your pizza. I will try again though when Im back at On Rotation nearby.

The pizzas & other Italian food is good, but the Greek food (gyros, kabobs & salads) are awesome! I was an addict for months. Only slowed down because of my ever expanding waist line.
