1st, I must say that my review is influenced by the environment and not jut the food itself, which was likely influenced by the store front possibly not being complete construction wise? The food: Ordered a Ex Lrg thin NY cheese pizza. Im very picky, and theres only a select handful of places around I consider to come close to real NY pizza, and to my surprise, the pie from Cha Cha was actually pretty good - makes my short list of places I consider acceptable. The only problem with the pizza was the oven. Like many short-cutting Texas places, they use a conveyor style oven instead of a true NY "deck" style oven. The key difference in the "standard" NYC deck oven is gets slightly hotter, but more importantly, the decks have stone surfaces. Thats the key reason the crust comes out so good in NY, because the pizza is places on a 600-700 degree stone surface - so you get "conduction" from the bottom on the crust, and "radiation" from the normal oven heat on the top. If only Cha Cha would splurge for the real NY oven, it would be really good pizza. Too bad. THough the cheese and sauce were great, and unlike in the real NYC, the cheff was pretty friendly, and generous with the cheese too! We also ordered a meetball hero sandwich. It was ok, but nothing special. THe pizza was definitely more memorable than the hero. Pizza gets 4 stars The environment: Possibly construction related issues, but on our visit, it was hot inside (virtually no AC), there was no ice for sodas, and there wasnt even an operational bathroom. When I asked if there was at least a sink to wash my hands, they said due to plumbing problems, we had to go next door to the gas station. Kinda yuk, though the place was clean inside, so didnt discourage us from eating... Environment gets 2 stars.

Order at your own risk. We ordered from them and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food. The delivery driver actually had our food in the car for over 40+ minutes before it was delivered. Of course everything we ordered was cold. The mozz sticks were hard, the pizza was hard and the chicken alfredo while not hard was pretty terrible. We called to get a new order or our money refunded but there was no manager on duty. I said ill wait until they call one and was hung up on. If you order from them after reading this review. You have no one to blame but yourself. This place is flat out TERRIBLE

The only thing that was ok were the nutella bites. It was our first time ordering and my husband wasnt happy with their pizza (he ordered the Hawaiian) it was on thin crust and we didnt order it that way. Wings were all burnt and we ordered the 25 piece!! They ran out of cheese sticks and brought us a small cheese pizza instead AND they forgot the 12 pack of Dr pepper. Driver said he would be right back with them and didnt show up til 4 hrs later!!! Will not be ordering from them again.

Warning do not eat the pasta it was the most tasteless bland disgusting waste of money ive ever spent i have never in over a 100 different italian places got a pasta so terrible, and they didnt add 5 dollars worth of extra toppings i ordered for my pizza how ever what ever sauce they used on the margarita pizza was emazing despute there lack of trying to make a real pizza, and chizoni tasted fenominal so you have my 2 cents i will never order here again

Ordered through Eat24 at 615, and were told our food would arrive by 745. 810 came along and we tried to call the restaurant, but got no answer. Eat24 now shows they are closed, yet their hours on Google show open until 9. Horrible experience and now were stuck figuring out something else past when we should have been eating. Looks like Papa Johns gets our business tonight! Kinda glad now after reading the reviews of the food here..

This place had good reviews on another site so we tried it out. We werent sure about the location but the crew (Jason, Matthew, & Neil) were very friendly and fast. They have a place to sit but we got our pizza to go. The Super Cha was good and the carmelized purple onions made it even better. Our boys liked the sauce on their pepperoni. The crust could have been more crispy in the center but other than that pretty darn good pizza.

Their pizzas & sandwiches were great until they got youngsters working in there that didnt know what to do or they just didnt care, cos they just threw the toppings on the pizza in which you the only place you could tell there was crust was the outside. They would put alot of Cheese & Pizza Sauce all over, but when they put all other toppings it would be a big pile on one side & hardly any on the other side.

Warning please done eat frm here.. i orderd 2 pizzas and and order of wings. Wings were conpletely burned and for my 2 pizzas they had the wrng toppings. I called the manager and she did nothin.for me . Told me i had never even been there.. when im showin her my wells fargo account showin her i been here before. Y lie? But horrible customer service. !!! Celeste the manager was so rude.

Our food took over an hour and half to receive. It was cold. Our drink was forgotten. When we called to complain we said we were going to review after a particularly rude guy picked up the phone. He literally laughed and said, We dont care. Do what you want. We had to call twice about our drink and speak to 2 associates and a manager. Still havent got it.

By far the thinnest grease pizzas Ive had and the Cesar salad all though large for the price was nothing more than lettuce parmesan cheese and croutons, I added chicken and no surprise I got sliced dry chicken breast. What a disappointing. Med pizza salad an canned soda a waste of my $17. But hey I only had to wait 10mins when I stopped by

My food was delivered 20 minutes pass the worst case scenario time frame. That would have been no big deal but my food was cold when it was delivered and I didnt get marinara with my cheese sticks. I wouldnt order from here again. At least not delivery. Im giving two stars because the alfredo pasta is at least good.

The pizza by the slice is fantastic. I tried one pepperoni and one sausage. The slices were so big I really only needed one. Now its time to curl up and take a nap. Thanks again Cha Cha for the best lunch experience in months. Keep up the great work! :D

Gross. Ordered chicken Alfredo. Got alfredo with some sort of buffalo chicken. Delivery took forever and delivery man FORGOT HALF OF OUR ORDER. they bathed the entirety of the order in garlic and green peppers. Dont waste your money. It was gross.

this is the first time ive been here and i must say....its awesome. ive passed this place a million times and didnt give it a second thought until i got a flyer at my house...how ive been missing out, my new pizza place no doubt
