Staff is unorganized.... walked in ORDERED verbally, A Promotional Smoke BBQ Pizza, an Order of Wings BBQ, and a Order of cinnamon bits... RIGHT..... waited, and waited...FINALLY, they brought my order out...Smoked Pizza, Cheese Pizza, and Bits.... WHAT??? Where are the WINGS, he forgot to turn the order in,,,,, SAID I am not waiting! Thought stuff was suppose to be ready!!! between 4 and 8... this was 5:05..... finally left there at 5:35... GEZZZZ not rocket science.... Close to home, hope they get there act together...

This is now the 3rd time trying this location, every time I have odrered a couple pizzas (supposed to be hot and ready) a crazy bread and an order or 2 of wings and have had to wait well over 40 min for my order. The order never comes out all at once and every worker seems very unorganized. The store as a whole seems very unorganized and never prepaired for the weekend or night time rush. I tried so many times to give them the benefit of the doubt of running a newly opened store, but changes clearly need to be made.

Love me some little Caesars but this location is as slow as molasses. Past few times Ive gone Ive had to wait about 10-15 after ordering. I was inspired to post this after we just left empty handed (baby started crying) after waiting in drive thru for 5+ min before I walked in and was told it would be at least 10 min, and my daughter said they shouldnt call it a hot n ready they should call it a hot and ready in 10 minutes.

Not really sure why my order took almost an hour but Im a pretty patient guy but this was ridiculous I only ordered two pizza they have no pizzas ready which is kinda your thing, only on here because I couldnt find a corporate number, but everyone working was slow and pretty sure high I was 10 minutes in and they came up 3 separated times and asked me what I ordered. The staff there just sucks plain and simple

It took them 50+ minutes to make a pizza and 3 orders of breadsticks. They tried to give me a then already COLD pizza and wait even longer for the "almost" done breadsticks. Needless to say I asked for my money back. This location really sucks and I will never go back and most likely Little Caesars all together. I would have gave zero stars but you cant.

I waited in line for about 10 mins at the drive thru for a car infront of me to move and when i got to the window they still took about 10 mins to take my order and they told me it would be ready in 8 mins i just told her thanks and drove off. I mean its suppose to hot and ready. And they are rude as well. They lost my business.

Not hot, not ready. Even when you call ahead. They sell $5 pizzas. I just think they should have a ton of pizzas being made non-stop especially on the weekends when whyre flying out the door five at a time. Be sure to add 15+ minutes to any time they quote you. They probably need to hire more staff to keep up.

Worst Little Ceasars experience I have had. Pizza is not fresh. Ordered deep dish pizza but got a regular crust. Staff is unorganized. One person waiting on the lobby and drive thru. Even though this store is a half mile from my home, I will drive to Jones Rd. location from now on.

Worst customer service ever. This is the third time I have tried this location. I always call my order in before time and they are never ready when they tell me it will be. This last time they didnt have my order ready and they forgot half of it.

Went through the drive. Said it would 10 -15 minutes. Of course they never took a name. Came back difteen min later. Not ready they just put in the oven. Took over 25 min to get pizza. Oh well what are ya gonna do when u got a bunch a kids workin.
