Seriously had the WORST experience I have ever had at Goodnights tonight. Tried to order via telephone for pickup and after 45 minutes of them not answering the phone decided to drive over from Council Bluffs and order in person and wait. Walked in and went to place an order for two large pizzas only to be told they were out of dough at 5:30 on a Saturday!!! They had enough to make us one small pizza and 4 slices, We went ahead and ordered figuring we are already here may as well since we had family in from out of town for a funeral and they wanted to try it. We sat and waited for the pizza, paid the price the girl behind the bar gave us as a "discount" which was a sad excuse considering everything (we paid over 30.00) and then we spoke to Mr. Goodnights himself and explained everything and his excuses were he was gone on vacation for the last 3 weeks and he would buy us a beer next time.. didnt offer any resolution or even try to check to make sure the phones were working, etc. we get home and one of the pizzas (the slices) are cold and had to be microwaved and half the toppings are falling off, the second small one wasnt made right (missing ingredients, only supposed to have peppers on half and had it on all of it) and the toppings were a mix of not cooked all the way and cold. Very disappointing and frustrating having to wait an hour and a half for cold not right pizza that didnt even feed all 7 of us without having to make extra stuff to go with.

If there were a no star choice, thats what i would choose. First off played Keno, gave my first two numbers and then another two for a separate game. He got the 2nd numbers in and the 1st numbers didnt get put in before the game had started. Boom the first numbers i gave him that were supposed to be the first one printed hit...lost me $60 right there and didnt play again while we there. Second, our pop we ordered was completely flat (which happens) Third, we ordered a Cesar salad, pizza, and wings. I had to ask for my salad because they must have just forgot Then i got it right away, then the pizza, and NO wings, ever. I didnt even ask for them because we were never asked how everything was, nothing. Then we get our check, GO FIGURE! We were charged for the wings we didnt even get. The server/bar tender didnt give two hoots about anything. ALL AROUND THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME! The food we did receive was good, TERRIBLE service...I cant even believe they are still open and we will NEVER EVER go there again and will not recommend to anyone.

The girlfriend and I went here the other day because we love to try new places to eat. It was deserted on a Sunday at 3pm, with literally only one other person there. There were at least two waitresses working. The menu is pretty basic - a one page deal that covers most of your pizza needs, though Im sure you can get something made-to-order. I got the G-Unit which was not bad. Ingredients seemed fresh, and the crust was crispy - which is how I like it. The sauce is a bit sweeter than what Id prefer. We got soft drinks and after our food came, we didnt see the waitress again until we were ready for the check. She wasnt rude, just inattentive; we were never checked up on or offered refills. When I walked past the bar towards the bathroom, our waitress was glued to the TV, watching some reality show. I guess thats what was keeping her away. Overall, I probably wont go back of my own accord - Ill probably go to Zios. The service is always good there and the pizza is flavorful.

worst service Ive ever experienced anywhere!!! our party of six were served 2 drinks over the course of two hours and our last drinks sat at the end of the bar until we left, our food didnt come out until we were getting up to leave and we shared the neighbors pizza because they felt so bad for us, they had a party of 12 and got there after us and got their drinks and food before us. we were the first party in and when we left we were the last out other then a few couples. the owner was rude and didnt believe any of our concerns or frustrations and only conceded that were there for so long after he looked at the ticket times. Id avoid this place at all costs! we had to pay for the food we didnt eat and the warm drinks and he offered us a gift card like wed ever step foot in the damn place again. what a joke!!!!!!

This place was empty on a Friday night, always a warning sign. I cant imagine why a place that would go to all the effort of landing a prime spot downtown would put so little effort into their food. If youre going to call yourself a pizza place, it is absolutely vital that you make a decent pie. The crust was spongy and dry, the rest of the ingredients had no flavor. Ordered a wild mushroom pizza, totally skimpy on toppings, the whole thing had probably 3 mushrooms total. To the managers: Youre competing with other Omaha pizza staples such as Mamas, La Casa, and even Pitch. Go try their pizza and see what youre competing with. Scrap everything youre doing now, and start over from scratch (literally, you need to make everything from scratch.) If you build a good pie, they will come.

Avoid completely!! When to this place for the first time. Sat in a booth for an hour before I was told they had forgot to put my order in!! Un-freakin believable!! I told the waitress I wasnt paying for it and she said its ok because they were. HOWEVER, they f**kin charged me $2.07 for the soft drink!! I had to take the pizza to go because I was so upset they forgot my order. Besides nothing ... and I mean nothing was going on in the place. If I want to watch TV, I can do that at home...besides they didnt even had anything worth watching!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID at all costs!! There are plenty of other food places downtown which are much much better!!

Good ingredients, fair prices. The service was less than attentive. My main criticism is how the pizza is constructed and cooked. They put the cheese on top of the ingredients (like Godfathers, not many other places do it that way). I had a slice of Thai Chicken and a slice of Little Italy. I asked for them well done. I was satisfied with the way the crust came out, but found the pizza luke-warm and the cheese hardly even melted, much less browned. My last comment - the chicken was good quality, but the chunks were far too big, so they didn;t get hot through and through either, thus contributing to the sense that the pizzas simply werent HOT.

Ive been twice in the past three days, just to put this in perspective. The pizza is excellent and the price is appropriate for the quality of the ingredients. I had the G Unit... Im usually more of a veggie pizza gal, but this meat pizza won me over. Tonight Im having the Wild Mushroom and its great. No skimping on the toppings here! Some people have complained about the wait... I havent had a problem with the service. But the layout of the place is sort of split up, so if you sit silently on one side while the handful of staff are on the other, it might be worth walking over and making yourself known. The pizza is worth the extra effort.
