Had terrible service. We ordered online and it said it would be ready in 25 minutes, so we wait 10 minutes and took our 15 minute drive to pick up our pizza. We began to wait in store for another hour with no one knowing where I order was. The person cutting the pizzas started arguing with the one running the oven and stood there arguing for quite some time. During this argument the one running the oven came up and started talking aggressively to the lady cutting pizzas, he was also eating something while arguing and I saw some food fly out of his mouth while he was over the already cooked food. Completely disgusting. This was completely unacceptable. Asked for a refund and they said they cant do refunds on online orders. Sounds like complete BS. But we did get free pizza! Oh yay, that will make me come back. Haha Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Mod Pizza, if I even return to Mod at all.

I came in and ordered, Food was amazing. However the guy who took our order, never smiled, never greeted us, rushed us and when I asked for extra cheese or meat he only put a pinch so I asked again and he ignored me and went down the line & kept saying " is that everything? ". he should really work on his customer service. food is always amazing here. I would prefer the barker cypress location in town lake , they have amazing service, people are always smiling, wired but great people. However I do want to say, I believe he was the manager but he was nice here, I asked for lids and he was nice enough to get them for me. I do feel bad because he was probably getting off work and he was with his family.

I love mod, and since they opened nearby I practically live there for lunch. A day ago I went to this location since it was on the way to work. I have to say that it was not good, the guy who served me had a bad attitude, like he didnt want to be there or to be serving me. I believe he must have been the manager or something, he was not very nice and made my pizza all willy nilly, and was super nice to some old guy who seemed like he was a regular. I also noticed that their salami looked like they just leave it out when they close. Will be definitely sticking to my closer location on barker cypress where staff is super friendly no matter how busy it is and pizza is always made right.

The price is very affordable and fair for a 6" unlimited toppings pizza. I think they ripped me off on my pizza. I barely had any jalapenos or spinach on my pizza, and had a couple of slices of onions. The ingredients are of good quality and the service was good, so I will try it again maybe next week. The crust is really good. It has a doughy texture but isnt super thick and heavy. I prefer to enjoy the toppings rather than the dough.

Hello! This Mod Pizza location was absolutely amazing to go to yesterday - the staff is on point with everything from getting your food prepped... to even keeping the place spic and span! I was honestly just so happy with seeing how much everyone cared there. Even the guy cleaning tables cared about the entire place - I never saw him rest! Thank you to all of you for keeping the place so nice and greeting everyone as they walk in!

Come early! This place is packed by noon, and for good reason! The pizza is excellent, the restaurant is clean (even when busy), and the staff are very friendly and quick with your order. Its basically a Subway for pizzas where you can choose your own sauce and toppings, and you can make a salad, too. Your pizza will take about ten to fifteen minutes to cook before they call you. This place is a must!

This place is a bit pricey but its definitely worth it! The ingredients are of high quality and the staff was very friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the "mega" pizza, I was expecting a bigger surface area but instead they just stacked two "mod size" crusts and joined them with cheese in the middle; it was more filling than the regular size but just not what I expected.

the pizza is amazing but the service could be better. my friend and I waited to pay at the register for a good 10 minutes because it seemed like they were one person short.. and they werent that busy. the girl who kept making pizza dough, even though there was no one else in line, couldve stepped up and taken over the register.

Friendly, great environment and love the pizza. Unlimited toppings and no extra charge. They offer gluten-free crust and its actually affordable for those of us who have allergies. Wish it was closer to home, but worth the journey. Always fresh, your way, and hot out the stone oven. Gotta love it!

Think Subway, but with high quality pizza. Thin crust, brick oven. There is a really great variety of toppings and sauces as well. Ive only been twice, but so far the staff has been very courteous and friendly, and my pizza has come out perfect. They serve beer as well.

MOD Pizza is absolutely delicious! Its not as greasy as a lot of the pizza around and the price is great! I like the people that work here as well. Be sure to have them read back your order if you place one on the phone, they miss toppings sometimes.

Food is always delicious. My wife eats a gluten free diet and when preparing her pizza their people are conscious enough to ask if they should change their gloves. This level of detail and service you dont see with others.

Good and really quick pizza. Its like subway for pizza. The service was great, they are helpful in suggesting what to order if youre overwhelmed. Also have a small selection of craft brews and wine.

The best pizza place I have ever been to. Price is based on the size of the pizza not the toppings. Get as many toppings as you want... No extra charge. Awesome.
