Just ordered here for the third time. So far have had pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is the best pizza I have ever had with extremely quality fresh ingredients and dough that is clearly made from scratch. The sandwiches are excellent. Roast beef was thick cut and i watched him cut and slice each vegetable on both sandwiches. He then toasted the cheese into the bread in his oven. Also do not be fooled, they are not called subs but they are just as filling if not more than a sub! For anything on the menu you can have as many ingredients/toppings at no extra charge. The price for pizza is $1 per inch for as many delicious toppings as you want, whether its just cheese or every topping he has, so its very simple (and an excellent deal). This mans food never ceases to amaze me. Everything is so delicious and fresh. You can tell its prepared with great care. I dont care how long it takes. Its a one man operation (he will even close the shop to deliver your food, lol). He cares greatly for each customer that walks through that door. This is the best pizza shop I have ever ordered from. If you call and he doesnt answer, give him a minute or two, he will call back. **Be aware, it is cash only!** Edit: It is really annoying the "Media Today Blast" lazily rated this a 3-star but gave it a good review anyway and ruined Georges perfect 5-star rating. That is incredibly difficult to acheive. Shame on you, Media Today Blast. That rating should be removed.

Great pizza. Fresh ingredients & plenty of flavor. Blows the chains away The meat-lovers pizza is good enough to convert some vegetarians. They also have sandwiches, muffulettas, lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli, salads, cheese cake, etc. There are a couple of tables in the restaurant where you can eat, but primarily its a delivery place. Im not sure where the other reviewers frozen pizza reference came from. If you want to verify the freshness just order a pizza at the restaurant and watch George prepare it with fresh ingredients right in front of you. The price seems reasonable to me as well. Everybody has their own opinion I guess.

Every time I visit Houston I make sure to stop by Divine Pizza. Its the best pizza by far. Customer service is great and he will definitely remember who you are and make your pizza how you want it. The price is just right for someone that is doing it because its what he does. You wont go broke and youll be happy with the food. Its just a little piece of history of how things are so simple as to just making pizza and a smile. Live long and Enjoy eating some pizza from Divine Pizza.

The pizza taste soooooooo good! I tried this place based on the reviews. When i spoke to the owner on The phone, he was talking a lot and at first I wasnt sure if he was insulting my intelligence but, as I started to listen he was just being informative. The owner is a God fearing God loving man. He is a nice guy. Very forward but he means well. One man operation. Pizza was hot, cheesy and not greasy at all! I will definitely be ordering again!

This is THE BEST pizza and other food in Houston. They have the best foot long sandwich and fries EVER. Everything is freshly made and the foot-long is a delicious mix of whatever you want. Literally. You can pick any meat, topping, whatever all for the same price and it will all be DELICIOUS!!!

Greatest Food I have Had In A LONG TIME. This is by far the most extravagant and most delicious food I have had in Houston in the 17 years I have lived here. There is no where just like it, it is cheaper than any other Pizza Place AND you actually get quality stuff. I highly recommend it!
