This is the worst Jack in the Box Ive ever been to. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes and no one came to help so I ended up leaving. Decided to try again another day and it again took a few minutes for someone to take my order. They prioritize the drive-thru over dine in which is messed up. It should be first come first serve. Dont come here unless you go through drive-thru. Also, the employee didnt even thank me for ordering. Just gave me my receipt. Great customer service right there.

They typically get orders wrong. I have been there frequently as its the only Jack in the Box around, but I regret it almost every time as the food is either under cooked or over cooked, or they just give you something you dont even order.

The slowest service around, any time of day. Given the choice of being 11th in drive through at Chick Filet, or 3rd at Jack...take 11th. Thats fairly indicative of the choice everyone ELSE is making for a reason.

Slow...slow.. Slow..being about 1130pm on a saturday night and the only car in the drive thru you would think it would be speedy nope took about 15 mins for a few tacos and a burger.

Most tables were dirty, had to wipe off a table myself. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty.
