just walked out of this location. They were unable to get order right. My other half order sandwich without onoins due to allergy, at other locations this prints on order form. sandwich came with onion, we sent back and then I stood there and watched person making sandwiches say to his co worker hell just pull them off which he did and then re sent sandwich. Decided if that is how much they care about food prep I wanted refund which I got and we left. With my sandwich I ordered by combo number and the young lady coudnt seem to understand yes i wanted a combo. We have enjoyed Firehouse Subs on Beltline Road in Irving and one in Humble,TX which has great and caring staff and great food. hopefully this location can get its act together.

I came here years ago when this location opened. Wasnt that great. But now that the store has some years under its belt, it tastes pretty good. Theyve got a pretty good crew here from what I could tell. They seem to have a jovial time together and never forget to greet a customer.

My kids and I love this place. Clean. Can get a little busy sometimes. The staff do a pretty good job of getting your food out in a timely manner. The subs are excellent. Ive never had a bad meal here. I should eat here more often.
