One of the worst experience Ive ever had with a so called manager.... I went to this sonic when they opened at 6 and I was waiting for them at the drive threw but no one ever came to take my order so after ten mins or so the manager "Ashle" gets on saying the grill isnt working and she wont be able to take my order. So I asked why she kept me waiting so long just to tell me that when she should have been on at exactly 6 to say she was experiencing difficulty with the grill... she told me "how am I supposed to get to the headset if the grill isnt working" long story short we end up getting into an argument.. if your a manager and cant keep your cool with and angry customer you need a new job.. extremely rude to argue with a customer telling me no when I asked for a receipt with the printed corporate number and mangers name. And apparently the corporate number they give out to upset customer is "1 800 go sonic" which in fact is different then the number I got from the website. Which is 1-866-Ok-Sonic

So I went to this sonic and not only did it take them 10 minutes to make my shakes I then I had to argue with the woman, whom I assume was the manager, about my shakes. She listed three options for shakes and told me candy makes it a blast. So then why does the sign say 100+ shake options? Nevermind that, she the handed me out a shake that was supposed to be chocolate but looked like regular vanilla ice cream with oreos on it. When I tried to give it back she said it was absolutely chocolate. At that point I decide it was best to just leave. I didnt get cherries like I asked so I guess I got out good. I will be calling the manager tomorrow because their teenaged staff is a bit incompetent.

I go to this sonic a lot on my way to work and most ever time it is awesome but as of recently it has been going way way down in service and the product today I stopped and get a drink and the girl at the window was as nice as could be but seem to be doing everyones work for them while everyone else was standing around the girl who took my order over the speaker was rude and my drink was not only not blended at all the ice cream was sitting on top of the syrup when I called back to discuss it with someone I got a freaking recording and it was during business hours dont know how often Ill be going back to that location had to go home and blend my drink up myself

DO NOT GO HERE.....Theres another location down Green Oaks that actually cares about customer service. BUT THIS ONE is the worst Sonic on Earth. Theyre rude. They cant take an order correctly if their lives depended on it. They get upset if you ask them to remake an order or request a refund. Now theyre telling us that we cant get a refund or exchange but if they felt that way why even take my order. Theyre idiots and have had more than 20 new employees in the last few months. The people they hire come across as the rejects that couldnt get hired by any other fast food restaurant.

If you know Sonic, you know the food you will get here. However, the service could use some improvement at this location. On the day I visited the drive-thru was not functional (though it wasnt marked as out of order so myself and another car sat in line waiting far too long). Got out of that, and ordered from regular drive-in stall. Food came out in a reasonable time, though the carhop was obviously over-worked, harried from possibly being the only one, and not the friendliest. Certainly not her fault, but this location obviously has some management issues.

I ordered a #6 regular chili cheese Coney with grilled onions fries and sweet tea. Food came out on time BUT the bun was hard as if it had been sitting under the heating lamp for forever, I got REGULAR onions instead of grilled like I ordered. French fries were cold and gross... Im happy with the tea because its tea, but im not happy about my good. I paid and have a tip but yet my food is gross. Thanks for a bad lunch sonic. Oh, and tell your car hope to pull their pants up.

Everytime I go here its like the grease is old and my food is cold, I went up there just a few minutes ago and I ordered a ultimate chicken sandwich made fresh the women said 8 minutes at the drive thru then when I pull up it took 2 minutes to give it to me . It was dry and I think they already had it ready and just redropped it in the grease! But the only thing good is my order be correct most of the time.

How dors Sonic advertise shakes and on their menu have shakes listed but when I go to this one tonight at 10:15pm to order shakes the teenagers who are too lazy tell me they are NOT doing shakes, no reason said. I can only assume they forget they close at midnight and should have NOT cleaned to machine or even better give a REASON. Kids are so lazy these days!

this sonic is always messing up I asked for a cookie dough shake and they were out. oreo shake they were out , banana shake out .... then I always asked for candy in my drink and they NEVER put any. and NOWWW it wasnt even midnight when I went and they were already closed.... why does the website say close at midnight.....

Went and waited 15 minutes with no cars in front of us, Ryan took our order and messed up our sons food, we sat at the window 10 minutes before being acknowledged and they were sitting at the register on their phone and drinking their drinks. I took pictures of the event and I am definitely not returning to this facility

Ordered corn dogs, which were on sale today, they werent even warm. Had been sitting under the light for some time. So tough my husband couldnt eat them. Wont go back to that sonic for awhile. It is on 360 next to taco bueno and Whataburger. Should have gone to one of those places!

Worst service ever. Watied 25 min for shakes. Went inside to go talk a manger.and what I saw was nothing but 16 year old kids with no sense working. Hate to say it but not going back untilled they get an real Mexican cook back there

They dont take the time to place the correct items you ordered in your bag. When you ask them if condiments were placed in your bag they will lie and say yes. If youre going to go here make sure you check your order before you leave.

Worst Sonics everrrr. For the past 3 times I have ordered none of my food has been hot and the fried foods has been double fried and greasy even when I ask them to make it fresh and hot. I just left a message on the voicemail. Ugh
