They dont even deserve this star at all. I walked in last week, and nobody welcomed me at all. I got a cup and then I see a pool of unfrozen yogurt on a black tray below the yogurt I was planning to get and it was looking like spoiled milk. So I just got something else. Then I was at the toppings bar, it was all messy, it looked so disgusting I didnt even bother to touch anything. Then when I got to register I literally couldnt hear the kid attending me, like can yall teach the kiddo to smile and speak up. Then I tried to sit down at the tables but they had like dried up yogurt on the tables. And this has happened before I dont even want to go back at all, I go there because I love the varieties of stuff in there. And wheres the chubby Hispanic girl, last time I saw her was around May she told me she was going to graduate a few weeks later. she was a good employee, yall need her back, she was so nice and had a great sense of humor, she made me feel so comfortable, and she kept the store cleaner and neater than the new ones, and she played good music.

Service and selection is great, but the taste of some of the flavors that I love have changed a bit over the past year... Im specifically disappointed that the mango has gone down in taste since I first started getting it. But the employees and owner have always been very hospitable! I also wish that they would offer more discounts for customers like myself who purchase bulk quantities at a time (to freeze at home and enjoy later, because I have limited mobility due to health concerns).

I walked into tutti frutti to get some frozen yogurt and there was a family in front of me. The little girl accidentally spilled the skittles on the ground and one of the workers replies "this is why I dont like kids" pretty loud. Im shocked at how poor this guys customer service skills are and I wont be back.
