The ice cream was okay. I got an ice cream cone and when i was about to finishing the cone at the very bottom there was a grasshopper. Like how did the guy not know it was there. And then we talk to the owner and he says refunds arent allowed and was mad that we hurt his brand with a yelp review, however i trusted his brand and thats why i came to eat here in the first place!we were given a refund for only the cone and not the whole order, which is fine but we had to make calls to the owner to get 5 dollars back and not even a sincere apology, They should cover the cones or put them in a container at least to avoid this happening to other customers.

Great cie cream flavors and kulfi! but utterly understaffed. The guy was working really hard there were multiple people but he was only ONE guy making everything from Falooda to sundaes, to juices, to everything else. So the service was obviously very slow, our party muste waited half an hour if not longer. There have always been customers here whenever Ive visited so they cant possibly be doing bad in business. Owners dont be cheap, hire more people.

The Indian flavors are awesome and different from what youll find anywhere else. But the American flavors are really high quality, tasty treats too. Portions are large, it is inexpensive, and the environment is fun. On our last trip, everyone was happy -- the toddler, her great-grandmother, and two generations in between.

Prior to the opening, I always went to the store in Telfair. However, when I heard that there was a new location giving out free icecream, I rushed over there. Although I was disappointed when they did not have waffle cones, I enjoyed my icecream like always. I cant recommend Kwality enough, and I cant get enough.

I just walked out of here with what might be a new favorite flavor (rose). I really liked that they have so many flavors, and the young lady working, Nida, was super helpful and nice, letting me try a few flavors while explaining what they were, until I found what I was taking home. Well be back!

I love this place, I am big fan of ice cream and other shakes. This place is heaven for that. I loved the Faluda ice cream. They have several flavours and I ll definitely try other ones too. Faluda ice cream is a must try that will give you taste of ice cream n shake both in one order. Loving it

One word can describe this place.....AMAZING! A nice hidden gem inside the Hilcorft district. I instantly fell in love with the flavors & will definitely be back. If your reading this review and trying to decide if you should go or not....just go! Your tazte buds will thank you later!

Dont usually write reviews but this place was a pleasant surprise. I tried the Dry Fruits Falooda and it was one of the best faloodas I have ever had (mind you, I have tried a lot of them in Saudi Arabia, Canada and Pakistan). Tasty items and clean facility. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! The flavors are awesome and customer service is A-1 98% of the time. Had an in-depth conversation with the owner on my previous visit and gained a lot of knowledge about the culture behind the ice cream. Overall, Id definitely visit this place again.

Tried only Badshahi flavor faluda,which was good but not outstanding. The server looked like didnt care if someone just left. It was only the ice cream/kulfi that saved the day. The place is obviously Popular but seems like people working there take no pride in their work.

Great selection of ice cream flavors. Tastes awesome, non the overwhelming sugary stuff that hurts your throat. They carry an extensive selection of faloodas, which are really a party in your mouth. They also have sugarcane juice..yay...

Pista kulfi taste old and chewy. They dont give you refund and accommodation. Poor services. And less quantity and high in prices. Owner doesnt allow their employees to give refund to customers.
