ORDERED A BIRTHDAY CAKE ON TUESDAY TO BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY. WENT TO PICK IT UP AND IT WAS NOT READY, THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FOR SATURDAY-RECIPT CLEARLY SAID FRIDAY 5/8/15 7:15AM. CALLED THEM AFTER I CALMED DOWN AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 11. WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THEY HAD LEFT IT OUT TO BE DECORATED AND THE DECORATOR DIDNT SHOW UP DUE TO CAR PROBLEMS. SO NOW MY CAKE WAS MELTED. ITS CALLED COMMON SENSE TO PUT AN "ICECREAM" CAKE IN THE FREEZER UNTIL READY TO BE DECORATED. NEVER AGAIN. I GAVE THEM TO CHANCES.

This Baskin Robbins has the best customer service. They ice cream flavors always tastes fresh and always ask for samples. What I like the best is their Ice Cream cakes. They had variety of flavors and designs to choose from. I am definitely going back for my daughters birthday to get the Frozen Cake.
