I came to the Midwest City location in front of Tinker AFB tonight and went through the drive through at about 7:15. I was the only vehicle in the drive through. I was with my father and my sister and the way we were treated and spoken to was HORRIBLE. For starters the guy taking the order kept messing up taking our order. We were patient with that because everybody needs to learn and it was at night so not a big deal. We proceeded the ask the kid if he had four bowls on our order because he seemed to be a bit confused about us wanting two orders of the walnut chicken and my father and I wanted to make sure he got it. The kid proceeded to parrot back what he thought we had ordered and did not answer the question. That was not a huge deal but we werent thrilled about that. I asked again to make sure he had both orders of the walnut chicken because he hadnt repeated that. Not only that he had to have a Asian girl come over to help him put in the order. Again that wasnt a huge deal. Everyone has to learn. What really got us was the following: He says in a really snarky voice our order and asks if thats it and proceeds to answer with even more attitude "Okay, that was all I needed to know." At that point my dad and I looked at each other and were appalled and I was highly considering leaving. We drove up to the window and the Asian girl runs our card and the kid hands us our order. Neither of them thanked us for ordering Panda Express and I noticed there didnt seem to be any customers inside so there was really no reason for them to be forgetting things like that or skipping being polite. I did notice the kids name tag said Jayvone. More on that I called the same Panda Express about 20 minutes later and the same kid answered. I could tell by his voice. He asked if I wanted to place an order and I asked for the manager on duty. The kid proceeds to ask "who is this"? I respond with "a customer. May I speak with the manager on duty?" He says he is the manager on duty and I asked for his name. He told me his name was Jayvone the same name I noticed on the name tag of the snotty kid at the window. I am unsure if this kid really is the night shift manager at this establishment but his unacceptable for customer service either way. If I had ever acted that way with half the amount of attitude when working in customer service I wouldnt have had a job very long. Additionally, my dad had been in a car wreck earlier that day and had just been released from the hospital and all he wanted was Panda Express. This kid managed to make an already bad day worse. Further adding on to that this establishment is right in front of the air force base where I am sure a lot of our service members go to enjoy a meal with out any of his attitude.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered beef and broccoli with a side of chow mein and an eggroll. What I got was a tiny amount of beef and broccoli in the small compartment and a bunch of what a really bad cook would call lomein. Totally dried out and disgusting. Same for eggroll. I called them and they said this dried out spaghetti noodles with about 5 pieces of cabbage was their chow mein. They also said that was how it came in the Styrofoam containers with the entree in the small corner. Wont be back. Disgusting! And what chinese food place does not even have egg drop soup? First time I have ever thrown almost all of a meal in the garbage! On my 4th tums already. Thank god I didnt eat more. Hopefully not food poisoning.

The worst service Ive had on a long time. They get your order wrong even when youre standing right there face to face. Messed up my order twice and even refused tell replace food that had gotten cold do to having to drive back and forth. Even after a short drive my food was cold and lacked flavor. This place went downhill fast. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Seriously???? I just paid 7.50 for a side order of an entree and got LESS then what i would have gotten if i had ordered a full plate. Are you kidding me??? Not to mention i ordered online waited 20 mins then was told they basically forgot about me and waited another 10 mins for my order. Never ordering again they are an expensive waste of money.

Was pretty much out of everything an hour before they closed & wasnt making anymore. I could understand if it was 10 to 5 mins b4 closing but a full hour??? When i was in fast food *not panda express* we didnt stop making food at 9:50pm, 9:55pm & no not 9:59pm. If you close at 10pm thats when you close.

This place is horrible- they are overpriced and the food is always cold and rubbery. Disgusting! Will never eat here again. it would be one thing if they had just had a bad day, but ive eaten here several times and have been mad everytime. So i finally learned not to go back. UGH!!

All the food was very good, I went to get sweet tea but it wasnt sweet I told the server she says o Im sorry and walked away second time this has happened here , if your not going to make tea sweet then take sweet tea off the container !! Shees kind of aggravating!!

It was quaint and peaceful. The service was nice and considerate, despite the fact the it was my first experience with Panda Express. Though not as good as the Chinese food Im used to, Panda Express was definitely delicious.

Great food if it was ready, waited at the order screen for 10 min then ordered my food, with an egg roll, waited five minutes after I got to the window to tell me it would be a ten minute wait on the egg roll.

Very middle of the road asian. Definitely fast food and at times tastes like the dishes may have been sitting overcooking for a while. Works in a pinch but not overly delicious.
