Terrible service, rude management. Our server was cursing and joking around the whole time, which was kind of fun but unprofessional. My food came out 40 minutes after everyone elses at my table because the server forgot to enter my order. 5 other orders came out between the time my friends got their food and when I got my first roll (he forgot to send the other roll order as well). Then they refused to honor the buy one get one free roll deal or even apologize for the mixup. The manager said he had to call the owner to do anything about a bill, and he either actually called and there was no answer or he pretended to be calling for several minutes. I can understand a restaurant having an off-night, but they screwed up at every stage of my experience.

The food was good but the service was lousy the server fernanda never came back to check on us and then had the nerve to say that she was busy. I always eat here and we always leave with a smile. We will have to start looking for another place.

Wanted sushi and was choosing between Lucky & Hime and was glad we picked Lucky Sushi Bar. Hellaciously good food, Nicole was a huge help in ordering and she wasnt even our server. Ordering is a little tricky if this is your first time.

Was told to sit down, so I found a seat. Waited for 15 mins before someone asked if I need help. Said I did. They disappear for another ten mins. Left when I saw other people putting in orders after they just arrived.
