We discovered Amicis Signature Italian a few months back and it has become one of our favorite restaurants. The Mushroom Risotto is out of this world and absolutely the best Ive had! Last night, my fiancé and I had the Pork Porterhouse and Lasagna, and both were unique and fantastic. Based on our positive experiences here, I celebrated a birthday here with a group of girlfriends. The wine and drinks were very reasonably priced and everyone commented about the quality of the food. Bartolino also threw in a Creme Brûlée with raspberry topping. OMG! Please try this place.The ambiance of Downtown Carrollton is charming but the food is absolutely worth the trip!

Absolutely amazing. Went with a friend and the staff was so welcoming. This is a very cozy place I could easily see this being a popular date spot. The chef came and spoke to us at our table and asked if we had any questions. He also hand delivered our main dishes. Everything was wonderful. Cooked to perfection. I had tortellini and scallops, fresh big scallops that cut like butter! My friend had the venison, I stole a bite words cannot describe how well seasoned and cooked it was. We topped off the night with creme brulee. Nothing was disappointing everything was magical.

We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary last week and our meals were incredible. I had the roasted duck and my bride had the pork Ossobuco. The chef also sent out a sampling of lamb which was spectacular. The wine suggestion and Gelato desert was fantastic. I cant believe we have lived in Carrollton for twelve years and finally tried this place. We have been missing out. You decide how much you want to spend from $$ to $$$$. You must try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

I had the brief opportunity to work with the people here and they are a GREAT bunch of people. The cook is AMAZING at what he does. I love the EXTRAVAGANCE that goes into all of his cuisines. This chef has a true ARTISTIC CRAFT with his cuisines. Plus the whole feel of this place is just my glass of wine. They have a FANTASTIC wine selection and friendly servers to fill you in on whats trending too. Next time Im in Dallas in taking my date to this AWESOME SPOT.

Bartolino is da man! What a variety of dishes, duck, lamb and the list goes on! This place is BYOB, there is a small corkage fee per bottle. Signiture is the key here, and if you explore his specials and let him guide you it will be a treat. Ignore any negative review and see for yourself! There is a price for better taste and it does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Unique flavors, dishes and dont forget the Crème brûlée!!!

Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. You could tell the chef took a lot of pride in his dishes. Plating was excellent and little touches like corn that was freshly cut from the cob. Having a small space were the chef had a lot of control (maybe owner) was a welcoming change from the large kitchen restaurants of Dallas and the chains of the suburbs.

Went in for lunch from a Google search for "Nearest Restaurant" and struck gold! This type of Italian cuisine is near impossible to find in DFW area. Wherein, it being, authentic/exotic Tuscan. Carbonara for lunch!?!?! Crazy town awesome is what it is. Thanks guys.

Great Italian food in downtown Carrollton. The owner/chef Bartolino take slime to greet and talk with guests. Ask him about his bobble head dolls. And be sure to come by for a box lunch (only $8) for a tasty picnic in one of the nearby parks.

I have never been disappointed at this place. The Chef usually stops by and says hello. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. The place feels modern, and fresh. Food is consistently good, I like the lasagna with both white and tomato sauces.

“Like a well oiled machine. ” Here for my wifes birthday we had a very nice evening. We have been here 3 times previous for a company Christmas party and as always the food and service were amazing. The menu offers a nice array of items.

Ambiance is very pleasing. Food selection and quality is good but not outstanding. You wont be disappointed but you wont be blown away either. Service was very good. Parking is seriously limited.
