How come when I ask for a specialty off menu drink the cashier and the manager both tell me they dont know how to make it when every other Starbucks I go to including Starbucks on campus at UTSA knows how to make a John Wayne shot. On top of that, the manager (tall blonde haired woman) was chewing one of her baristas out as he was walking out to lunch, no profanity or anything but loud enough to know she was chewing him out cleanly. Then she said look im not going to argue with you across the cafe... extremely unprofessional, this place needs new training and management.

This was a great place to go, it was like "Cheers" where everybody knew your name. It was always nice to see the smiling and friendly faces even when just going through the drive through. Your drink always tasted the same too. There seems to have been a huge employee turn over though and now it sucks. Nobody is nice anymore, the drinks dont taste the same as they did, and now suddenly there is no extra to put in a small cup for a child when ordering a frappacino. I used to spend over $100 a month in here but now I doubt I will go back anytime soon.

This store is terrible. They are constantly out of everything. More than half the time I make an order, I have to modify it because they are out of something. Forget trying to but Cafe Verona beans, they never have this in. Today, besides the routinely show service, 2 different customers in front of me had to modify their orders because what they wanted wasnt available. Of course, Cafe Verona want available... again. Its time to buy lesser quality beans from HEB because this place isnt getting another penny from me.

Not bad as Starbucks cafes go. The staff are very friendly and efficient in this location, which makes a difference since the drive-thru lanes are always out-of-control busy. The interior is clean, the bathrooms are good and theres the ever-present selection of merchandise to waste money on. God only knows why their sandwiches are so unhealthy (1 egg salad has the same amount of fat as an entire HEB pepperoni pizza) but other than that I swing by here for coffee and its better than many locations.

I was having a very sad day so I decided to drive to Starbucks to buy me a caramel frap with a lot of whip cream that always makes me fell better But to my surprise when a drove to pay an Angel in front of me had pay my drink and then I said to God thank you so much you do have Angels that look over us that made my evening much happier it was around 7 and 7:30 Aug 12 thank you so much for that Angel that was in front of me

Customer service stinks now. Bunch of bratty teens that have no clue what theyre doing. Took me thirty minutes to get my order and I was one of two people inside with no one in drive thru. The new manager is doing a terrible job. A year ago, every night I walked in everyone knew my name and had my drink done by the time I was done paying. Bring back those employees.

A huge "outlet mall" spread out over acres and acres of space. Wear your walking shoes and expect to get your walking exercise in for the day while you shop. Get a map of the "town center" style shopping center so you can find where the stores you want to visit are located. Get maps at the mall customer service center. Good luck finding that!

A cup of happiness injected into your morning. A year ago they didnt open until 6, which is when i had to start work. Now its 5am and I REALLY appreciate you guys being there for those of us who could use a java kick in the pants to get moving. Staff is always nice and move quickly to get your order out.

Everytime I come to this starbucks (anywhere from 12pm-3pm) the drive through line has always been a guaranteed 30+ minute wait, I have timed it the few times Ive come to this location. The other locations Ive been to have the same line length but still manage to fit in a decent 15 minute time frame.

Terrible experience. Was pretty good, now they are struggling to get the simplest drinks right the first time. Sitting in line, I can see multiple people receiving their drinks and then handing them back. My order was messed up as well on multiple occasions. This place needs a revamp.

The coffee is obviously good but if you get any staff other than the early morning staff, you will be waiting forever and the service leaves something to be desired. The seating is varied and there are a few quiet corners and a good outdoor seating option.

These guys are great. Super friendly. If they accidentally mess up your drink, theyre happy to make another. Ive even messed up my drink by forgetting to ask for coconut milk, and theyre ALWAYS happy to accommodate. Love this place!

The staff was great but their facility was downright horrible. While I was there, one of the employees cars were backed into, and about 20 cars created traffic jams in the horrible parking lot. Not a pleasant experience.

Cant make the same drink the same way twice. When they get your order wrong they just keep adding things to it and give the same drink back to you. Absolutely terrible service for the price.
