Deon last night was awesome! After poundin some whiskey me and a buddy decided to eat some deliciousness that is whataburger by the apt. It was like dinner and a show thanks to some spoiled douche trying to drift and wrecking into the curb while we waited for our food. The only complaint I have was about an employee named Connie. We asked twice for ketchup and she ignored it. Then when we drove off we realized half the order was missing. When we went back Connie kept up her attitude which we decided we were not going to go back to this whatabuger but would rather drive to another location even if it is out of the way. But hero Deon showed some incredible customer service which is going to keep us going back to this location as long as Connie is not in the window or in our site. Little word of advice to this lady dont scream at employees in front of customers ESPECIALLY when he is correcting mistakes that YOU have made. BTW when can I get some of the ketchup I requested? Thanks Deon keep it up!

Here are a few reasons why Im giving this Whataburger a 1. First I orders a stack of pancakes (3) without bacon or sausage and a biscuit with just egg and cheese. The young asks us three times if Iwanted saugagse or bacon and I Said "No maam three times. She seemed to have an issue about it because she was kept asking if I was sure. Secondly when I got to the window Marvin Aronald the Third (The manager) asked me to promptly move my car forward and have people move past us. Now I was in a cab and so on in order for people to pass us they would have to hit the curb. Let me ask you this: Was our order so difficult that you made us wait 2-1/2 minutes while four other cars attempted to passed by us. The people who passes by were were anglo-Saxon. On top of this my biscuit is burnt and the pancakes are over cooked,thank you UT Whataburger keep it up trumping on

I WOULD SIT INSIDE WHATABURGER AND DO MY ARTWORK, BUT ONEDAY ME AND NATALIE ABRAMS WAS VISITING WHATABURGER SOMEONE MADE HER SMOKE A CIGARETTE IN THE RESTROOM AND GOTTEN HERSELF RED TAG. SHE TOLD ME THAT A MR. LARRY WOUL;D MAKE HER PROSITUTE ON GUADALUPE STREET AND CAMP IN A PARK ACROSS THE STREET. MY COUSIN MR. FRED AND HIS GIRLFRIEND BOTH WERE WORKING THERE. MR. FRED WOULD VISIT HIS COUSIN JENNIFER AND HER TWO CHILDRENS AND HIS AUNT. AT WHATABURGER HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS KEVIN AT HIS AUNT APARTMENT NEAR OLTORF AND S. CONGRESS AVE. HIS NAME WAS FRED. WHY DID HER GIVE ME TWO NAMES?. I BET HE KNEW WHO WAS KEEPING MS. NATALIE ABRAMS FROM SPEAKING WITH ME AND THE ATTORNEYS SEEKING HER BY MAIL AT MY NEPHEW CHARLES BYRD HOME.

I have frequently visited this Whataburger location, and recently had a negative experience with trying to use the new Whataburger app. Long story short, the management made a bad situation into a positive, and I was able to provide feedback directly to this store as well as Whataburger corporate personnel. Their handling of a bad situation has made me into a loyal lifetime customer of this location; I just went today and had a fantastic lunch with friendly service, so I would encourage anyone to give this location a try. If you have any issues (and hey, things are going to happen sometimes at ANY restaurant) they will take care of you.

Dont go here. Seriously. I transferred to this location when I moved to Austin and its disgusting. The last straw was when there was a cockroach in the kitchen and no one did anything about it. Theres always grease all over the floor and the service times are really slow. Also, Whataburger has a 1 ketchup policy for medium and small fries and 2 for large, so the personnel get bitched at unless you ASK for more ketchup, and if I remember correctly, they have a napkin limit too, unless you ask. *also good to note for any fast food place you go

Do not go through the drive thru. I repeat, do not go through the drive thru. Every single time I have gone to this Whataburger it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get my food while Im idling in my car about to blow a fuse. They have the slowest service of any fast food place I have been to, even when the inside isnt full of people. I cannot do it anymore and I know everyone else knows what I am talking about. Their drive thru service seriously sucks.

Whataburger is always a favorite and its much better than the In-N-Out by it. The people working there, however, should have provided better service. Specifically when getting my food, the interaction made me uncomfortable because I had to reach across the table in order to get condiments, like slightly stand up reach, because the server did not want to move the tray towards me. Anyway. Great food. Meh service.

I just waited 30 minutes for the grossest breakfast Ive ever had. There were literally 2 cars in front of me at 4:50 am. It took almost 15 minutes just to order and 15 minutes to receive it. Food was cold, hard, and my breakfast sandwich that I repeated to the person taking the order 3 times had no egg. Why make me repeat it so many times if you still cant get it right? I wont be back. What a joke.

The car in front of me and myself just ended up leaving because we had waited in the drive thru line so long. Im sorry, but thirty minutes to not even make it up to the speaker is horrible. It wasnt even that busy. I was just trying to get some dinner after work and Whataburger is really the only 24 hour, fast food spots near my apartment. I dont think Ill be coming back after this though.

Love the quick service, always get my orders accurately done when I modify heavily. One thing though: their buns always look old. I have worked at WB before and I know what fresh buns look like, and they dont look like what Ive gotten here. Customer service is great though. Just beware—this location is surrounded by Greek houses, so it will always be filled with people! :)

Rude, monotone, unaccomodating, careless workers with no enthusiasm. Theyve messed up my order by giving me the wrong food entirely, and theyve also given me a butchered rendition of my actual order on another occasion. There was a worker who communicated using the fewest number of words possible and inexpressive grunts. Didnt even look me in the eye.

I stopped for breakfast this morning at 7:55 AM, sat in line at the drive through until 8:15, was told they ran out of bisquits (which seems to happen every time I go there for breakfast). When I opened my order after I left it was not right. Ordered bacon and received sausage.

I ended up here because I got a flat tire right in front. They were super kind to me considering I was just hanging out drinking dr. Pepper and my baby was just crawling around everywhere as I waited for someone to come help me change the tire.

Service varies VASTLY according to shift. In the morning, be warned, when you come in for breakfast, the employees have been working graveyard and are totally going through the motions at that point. They couldnt care less at that time.
