Whataburger has the best burgers and its not even close. Im not from tx and have no partiality just bc one franchise orginated from one state or another. I dont know what people are thinking when they claim that this is the best fast food burger ever. This is Not an opinion but fact. Dont get me wrong its not bad but when people line up for hours just to order a meal you expect the second coming of Christ in between those buns. Here is how I would rank local fast food restaurants 1. chickfila 2. Whataburger 3. Carls Jr. 4. Burger king 5. Taco bueno 6. Dairy queen 7. Sonic 8. Braums 9. Jack in the box 10. In n out 11. Taco bell 12. Wendys 13. McDonalds......number 3-10 are seperated by very little imo. Positives of in n out are service, cleanliness, value, freshness. Negatives are expectations (dont set them high as your friends from cali would lead you to believe), speed, selection, lack of seating in dining area, fries (might be fresh but very thin....not a fan of thin fries should definitely make thicker cuts especially since they cut them themselves), size of patties as compared to competitors. with all that said I do see myself patronizing this place again.

Food: In-N-Out Burger has a decades old formula for good burgers and this location lives up to my memory of visits made in California. There are better burgers and better prices to be had, but this is a classic experience that should be tried. Decor: The decor is a retro 1950s diner look, but the location is always packed and so seating comes at a premium. Big groups will usually not be able to sit together. Theres outside seating too, but in warm weather, its not very inviting. Service: The service is usually prompt and accurate. The employees that work the registers are fast, but will take time to answer your questions and let you know about alternatives. The menu has virtually no information on it about the legendary "secret" menu. This has been, among my friends, the number one complaint about In-N-Out burger. "If it makes it that much better, why keep it a secret?" Bottom Line: Come for the burger, stay for the milkshake.

In-and-Out, it really is what a Hamburgers all about. This one has been my first and it was worth every shot taken. I can tell you the buns, vegetables, sauces and meat itself is superlative to what we get in complex varieties from the likes of McDonalds or Burger King; In-and-Out has kept your basic fare of hamburger sandwiches consistent to a sit down restaurant. Their presentation has exceeded those of bagged and not boxed competitors. The cardboard trays provided keep each burger perfectly warm without leaking grease anywhere. However; its fun to make a mess when the contents match their delivery pack. Whether you get a single, double, or triple and even ordered Animal Style; sustenance is In and Outs strong suit.

I love the burgers from In-N-Out, but everything here is really over priced. I ordered a Burger, a drink, and some fries, and it came out to more than $10. Seriously? I couldve just gone to a restaurant for that price. I could also have just gone to the grocery store, and purchased more than a pound of steak for that price. The Lemonade I ordered was MASSIVE. I actually laughed when I saw it. It looked like half a gallon, or something crazy. Heres the kicker, it was really bad lemonade. Some of the worst Ive ever had. Really disappointing. Again, I love the quality of the burgers here, and the fries arent bad, either, but its just not worth going anymore. Overpriced.

I was very disappointed to say the least. I had the #2 cheeseburger combo, animal style with fries and soda. Wheres the meat?? This "burger" had absolutely nothing that resembled a real meat patty to even classify it as a real burger. The patty is less than an 1/8 inch thick!! Maybe equivalent to one millimeter and maybe it was 2.5 to 3 inches across. Are you kidding me?!! hahaha Not impressed with the "potato fries" either. Only thing going for this joint is the cleanliness and the staff were friendly. Food sucks. Do not waste your time and money at this place. WHATABURGER wins again!!

Maybe Im just spoiled by the in n out in Frisco, but my double meat protein style with onion was really small, the tomato was gross, the lettuce was browning, there were no pickles, it was a very well done patty, and there was like no spread. Fries were cold... Dont get me wrong, I love in n out. My boyfriend works for the company and its a wonderful company, but there was an unusual lack of staff at this location. Maybe Im just spoiled by the Frisco staff, but this one just wasnt as good :/ Plus the girl at the window looked exasperated. Hope she has a better night and they get more staff!

Anyone who raves about this chain is either having a childhood nostalgia moment or comparing them to McDonalds. I have tried this chain several times, this location is no different. The fries are dreadful (They clearly dont soak the fries prior to cooking and any real cook knows the importance of this to provide a pleasant textural and visual experience), and the burgers take mediocrity to a level I have never experienced before. I gave this 3 stars because it wasnt bad... They simply just arent good.

This location lacks In-N-Outs signature freshness and flavorful factor. It wasnt served hot and the fries didnt have the crisp quality that Im used to from In-N-Out. The food was also surprisingly a little greaser than normal. Needless to say, disappointing dine-in today. On a better note, the staff here are the usual: super-friendly with a display of sincere smiles, without which, this location would have received a 2-star rating. Best location so far?? 7th Street in Fort Worth.

I like coming here occasionally. The prices are cheap and the food is pretty dang good. I love the animal style fries especially. Note that it costs extra to make it animal style. Only downside I would say is that it was crazy busy when I last visited (around 2?) the lines were to the door and they were using all the registers. I appreciate that while the cashiers are trying to serve you quickly, theyre not shoving you along once you have spoken.

A better burger is available everywhere else. I cant think of anyplace that has been a bigger let down. The food is so bad it falls all the way to the worst burger ever eaten. The price is really in line with plenty of other burgers in town. Its sad that with so much hype it didnt turn out better. But if you dont mind ordering simple and eating cardboard I am sure the profit margin will love you. Steer clear.

Great classic burgers! Single, double, animal style (3 meat patties) No fluff burgers (a.k.a no bacon, avocado, mustard, mayo) fries well done are the best - for those that like a crisp to the fries instead of limp fries. If youve got your dog with ya, treat the pup to a flying dutchman (Just 2 meat patties and a slab of cheese in the middle)

Food was fast and employees were friendly. But their was one employee that stood out. I believe his name is Julian or Jalen. He was smiling at all times. Asked us if he could clear the table for us when we were done, he was opening doors and greeting everyone. He was just so energetic! Yall have an amazing employee!!!!!! 8/19/17 @8pm
